Hi guys. I have some sad/bad news. I am moving on to other places. I love this place a lot, but I think it's time for a new owner who has more time. Plus, I think my art skills just make chiwaiis look bad and ruin there 'high quality' name. So I want to find a new owner who can take care of this place

Rules to apply
- Please have some decent experience with shading and coloring lines
- Don't apply if you own a bunch of adoptables already or if you are to busy with other things all the time to keep up
- Don't post here PM ME YOUR FORMS
- Once your owner you own everything, (well you can't take credit for the lines) but it's up to you to change the layout, add things, whatever you want I have no say in it!
- I wish to stay staff (artist and mod and have my name on the staff list as previous owner as well) because I still want to make some chiwaiis now and then

- I payed 4 very rares for this place that my mom bought with real money. So I would like to get something good out of this place

Ok this place is on hiatus until i have more time! But I might just end up selling it to someone who is active. If you want it in the future PM me and we will talk about it! Until then litters would be appreciated for you artists. Then I will be able to re-open, because the whole problem is that I have no time to make litters!

Well I asked one of the CS staff and they said I could do whatever I want with this place as long as it's not against our original agreements, and you never said I couldn't re-sell, add lines, all that when I bought this place. If you want to keep talking about PM me please :]
