It took me awhile to find out, it is easy ^^ First go to the edit/post a new topic. Then scroll down, and below the preview/submit buttons it has three tabs. They say Options, upload attachment, and poll creation. Go to the poll creation tab and fill it out, and then hit submit. Hope this helps! c:
