All of them are for adoption, yes
They are not 'first person to fill the form out wins,' though. You can fill out a form for as many as you want and continue editing and adding to the form until an announced "code drop" (judging day) takes place.
Just because a form is filled out for a character, does not guarantee that character will be shipped off to a new home. Forms must show evidence of time and care being put into them.

Use:

The reason i want this beautiful boy is.. well.. everything about him. Even though i don't really adopt unnatural designs often, i felt i needed to make an exception for him. The first reason had to be the color of his pelt. Everything compliments each other so nicely and they balance out. There isn't whole lot of one color and then just one drop of another. The second reason is the species. While looking through the kennels, you can see a lot of the same species. Wolves, Cat's, Equines, rodemts, and many more. But.. Yukine is a totally different story. I want to start adopting more charector's of a unique species, not just the regular bunch.

If i do win him, i will spoil him severely. He will be drawn by myself and i will order art from people. During my freetime, i might put my writing skills to work and delve deeper into his history and make up little short stories about his life. I happen to draw a lot in school. But since I'm in school now, i have had less time to devote to drawing my charectors. Despite this, i do find little slices of class time to do a quick doodle here and there, but i draw them none the less. i'm also working on my humanoid drawing so you can expect some human/humanoid art in the future (; . Also he will get a place in my character thread. I'm not going to link it because it's really messy at the moment ^^

Wise

➛ Despite his goofiness, Yukine is actually a very good person to go to for advice. He will listen to your problem and do his best to give you the best solution or solutions for it. Even though it might not work the first time, he really does know what he is talking about. "If you keep tryin' and tryin', good luck is bound to kick in sometime." ~ Yukine


Inviting

➛ If you are a new person in town, Yukine will probably be there before you can get out of your car. He is very set on helping people out and is very happy to be helpful. When he is helping out, he has a sort of warm and happy vibe that will brighten up anyone's day. Also, he's been known to invite people to dinner and to go to some event on occasion, just to get to know them better.

Stubborn

➛ If you tell yuki to do something he doesn't want to do, then he will make sure he doesn't do it. Yukine is very, very, very stubborn and that is one of his traits that make people's eyes twitch. He will often get snarky and sarcastic when you try to make him do something. This was one of the reasons he got fired as a youmg man from his jobs. He would refuse to do tasks that his bosses told him to carry out.


Over-Confident

➛ Another of Yuki's more undesirable traits would have to be his over confidence in himself. He will put himself higher than the rest and then totally fail at what he was trying to be better than everyone else at. It just made him look stupid. But has that humiliation and embarrassment kept him from doing it over and over? If you said yes to this, think again.

Goofy

➛ Yukine is very goofy and immature. He likes to wise crack and joke with his friends, or anyone he thinks needs some cheering up. He can go from just regular jokes to walking around cross-eyed wearing a moustache, just to see people smile and laugh. It brings him joy to see people having a good time and enjoying what he is doing. Even though it might make him look silly while he's doing. He doesn't mind one bit.

Absent-Minded

➛ Yukine is probably the most absent minded person you will ever meet. He will walk out of his house to go to work in the morning, get into his car, and realize he forgot his entire stack of paper work in the house! This was terrible during his college years because he would miss his lecture and classes by forgetting he even had them! But the worst thing was that when he started dating, he would forget that he even had a date to begin with!

➛ Ever since he was young, Yukine has always been curious. He always seemed to want to learn more and more about the world around him and try new things that were out of the ordinary. It didn't matter to him if it seemed strange to people. He would just shrug it off and ontinue on his way.

Honest

➛ Yukine is known to be very honest. He will tell the truth all the tike, even if it may get himinto some trouble. If by some random reason yukine does lie, he usually feels guilty and can't get it off his mind. This lasts for a day or two depending on the size and seriousness of said lie. Long story short, yukine is one of the most honest folks around.

History/Background

0 - 6yrs of age

Yukine was born in the bustling city of Sydney, Australia where he lived in a nice neighborhood with his parents. His father was the parent he was close too, seeing as his mother seemed to be busy with some other task. It wasn't all bad. Whenever it was nice and sunny, yukine and his father would play in a little park by their house. It wasn't anything special but yukine loved it. He and his father would regularly play with boomerangs or just lye around and watch the sky. Then yukines world fell apart as his mother and father sat him down one evening to talk about something... important. Being six years old at the time of this, yukine really had no idea how serious this was until his mother said, "Now yuki. your father... is very sick." the six year old cocked his head. "But mama, can't he just go to the doctor and get better?" he asked, looking from his mother to his father in confusion. His father gave him the saddest smile that yuki had ever seen. "Not this time, bud."

From then on, yukine would have to go to the park alone. he didn't toss boomerang's anymore or look up at the cat in the clouds. His father passed on a couple months after yukis 7th birthday.

7 - 13 yrs of age

Life for yuki after that day was different from anything he'd ever experienced. for the first time he felt alone. his mom didn't help things get better. she tried to reconnect with her son for a few months before she eventually stopped because he wouldn't listen. he just didn't have that child-to-parent spark he had with his dad. as he grew, he became more and more irritable, not just at home but everywhere. the only place he really enjoyed being was at his school. when yuki was about nine years old, his mother announced to him one night that was in a relationship with another man. yuki was furious, yelling at her and locking himself in his room. it took three whole months for him to acknowkedge his mother again and even then he didn't enjoy it at all. for the next three years, school and his future were the only things Yuki allowed in his life and it actually paid off in the following years.

➛ As he is a die-hard australian, Yukine has a slight obsession with boomerangs. His passion began when his father would take him out to the park and toss a boomerang. Little Yuki thought it was the best thing ever in life, and he has carried that love throughout his life. He also likes the nostalgia of those days playing in the park with his dad.

Mystery Novels

➛ Yukine's favorite genre of book is defiantly mystery. He likes the thrill of trying to solve the mysteries and find the culprits along with the character's, or even trying to figure out the answer before the charector's. He also likes trick endings, and endings that leave you questioning your entire life. Whenever he finishes a book, he can rant for hours on end about a certain chapter, or the ending, or just the book itself!

The Wilderness

➛ Another thing you should know about Yukine is how much he loves to be out in the wilderness. He loves being alone only with his thoughts, and maybe even a good book. This is especially good when he is stressed or worried about something. It helps him relax and calm down.

Social Media

➛ If you go to any of Yukines friends, they will tell you how much Yukine is on his laptop, or his phone, for hours upon hours on his social media sites. He is mainly on instagram [@yuki_c] or Tumblr [lonelyfanboy]. He just likes it that he can connect with his followers through common intrests, and he can act goofy and strange without anyone knowing who he is.

Traveling

➛ Yukine loves to travel. It doesn't matter whether it is a new city or entirely different part of the world, he loves it all the same. He always get's really excited and nervous all at the same time. It's just brilliant to him. When he get's to wherever he's headed, he wants to do everything. Every tour, every event, every little bit. It's just a blast to him.

Being caught in an argument

➛ Yukine hates getting caught in other peoples problems, or in the middle of an argument. It just makes him really uncomfortable and he doesn't want to make the fight flare even more by asking the people having conflict to stop or take it somewhere else. The best he can do is stay quiet and try to slip away.

The Darkness

➛ Darkness. Seems like something a child would be afraid of, unless you know yukine. Yukine has a fear or rather, a phobia of darkness. This was probably due to him secretly watching a horror movie as a kid. It doesn't matter if it is nighttime or the power goes out. He'll be afraid either way.

Being Alone

➛ Yukine hates being alone. It gives him anxiety and just freaks him out to no end. If he goes somewhere with people and then he get's separated from them, he forgets all reason and goes into a full on panic attack. But it's worse when he has to go somewhere or do something alone. It just scares him half to death.

Insects

➛ If there is one thing Yuki despises more than any of my previous mentions combined, it has to be bugs. He hates them with a fiery passion. Contrary to popular beleif, this all started when he was stung by a hornet when his was younger and the fear has just stuck to him like glue. Even though people have tried to tell him that bees only sting if provoked, he doesn't care. He just sees them as relentless stinging machines.
