What Will I Use This Character For?
I Will keep her as one of my favorite
characters and get tons of art of her

Likes; Florence loves anything that has to do with the ocean
or marine life. She loves to swim and does it all the time. Her most
favorite thing to do is take walks on the beach where she sometimes
spots dolphins and sea lions. She is a vegetarian but mainly eats fruits
as they are more to her liking.
Dislikes; She absolutely hates technology, it is so confusing
and it is destroying nature. She hates anything that destroys the
ocean or polutes the earth. She also does not like sea food, why
would she eat living creatures?!

Personality; Florence is not a very social dog, she likes
to be left alone and is usually very rude and cranky to other dogs
although she is a super nice dog when she is with marine life. She
is a very literal dog and usually does not understand sarcasm.


History; When Florence was a little girl she always used to dream about living on the beach. She loved the ocean and loved to learn about marine life. She used to go to her pool every day and swim pretending she was in the ocean. When she was a teenager and had just got out of high school she decided she didn't want a job or money or a house, all she wanted to do was live alone on the

beach in a cave maybe. She took a bag of fruit and some fruit seeds with her and moved down to a beach that barely anyone every went to because it had no stores, no buildings no wifi, and was completely eco-friendly. She found a small cave and moved into it planting her seeds in the cave. The seeds grew big and strong and the cave became like a on the ground tree house! Every day Florence goes out to the ocean for a walk,swim, and "chat" with the dolphins that come near the shallow waters...

Use:
For the use I have a more extensive idea. He will get some art, but that will not be his main use. He will mainly be used as a soldier in a Sheet Music world. As one would look on a piece of sheet music, you would think they are just black dots in a particular order that make music. However, not all is as it seems. My idea is that there is a reason why the dots are placed this way; they are in military formation. You see, in this world each note is actually a soldier fighting against silence. The sounds of their weapons clashing are what you here from instruments. Quarter, half and whole note based on their rank. Each soldier has a musical term for a name and an instrument weapon that looks similar to our instruments. Arpeggio will be a quarter note soldier and we will see his journey as a soldier in the Sheet War. Silence, will not just be one being but several beings using a hive mind. Silence's drive is to force music into oblivion, hence why to make music you need to go against air resistance, friction and force to make music. Silence takes the form of white, watery figures with moonbright eyes and whiskers. My plan is that their whiskers will twitch upon hearing sound and they will be deaf, so they hear music with their whiskers. The solders will have to make no sounds to be able to not be spotted by the Silence. All in all, Arpeggio will be used occasionally for art but mostly for a cool story idea I have.

The breed Arpeggio is happens to be called a scale wolf. As a scale wolf, their job is be in strong formations against the Silence. As a scale wolf, they are in the midrange of sizes for scales. Scales are usually land animals. What's weird about Arpeggio is that Arpeggios (the species) are usually aquatic animals. Arpeggio has come to terms that one of their parents must have either been stupid or their were aquatic themselves. It's very confusing for Arpeggio when others are mention Arpeggio animals and not of their self.

Warm Blankets: ✓ Who doesn't love warm blankets, Demetri? They are so fuzzy and warm and I love them a lot a lot a lot! My favorite thing about them is the fact that they come in so many different colors! My favorite color is brown, so I love having brown blankets, especially the really fuzzy ones, heh heh!

Stale Coffee: ✗ Eww, no one likes stale coffee, especially me! Stale coffee is just like playing with rocks. It's no fun at allll! Demetri agrees with me too. You walk into a rather large cafe with wooden red tables and metal chairs. On top of the register is a rather pristine white coffee cup plushie. You know it belongs to Mocha, the owner of this store, but since the doll was so creepy to you took out your wallet and slowly turned over the plushie so the face was facing away from you. Then, the strangest thing happened.

"Mocha is a bouncy pup full with naivety and optimism. Funny enough, xir back story (the one xe can't remember) is rather depressing. I suppose you better sit down with a hot keg of expresso coffee to be able to sit through this one. And yes, you have no choice in the matter. I feel like telling a story so SIT.DOWN."

Beads of sweat and the blue hue of despair show up immediately on your face as the plushie commands you to hear Mocha's back story. You were too afraid to get any coffee; the plushie's words gave you enough caffeine.

Fire. Such a word brings many emotions to a being. Happiness. Warmth. Endless Destruction. Rebirth. However, so some it creates something else: excitement. To summarize this form, Rika is a only child raised by two mothers. Rika was submissive, respectful and obedient. On the side, Rika liked seeing objects slowly being destroyed. It wasn't that she was sadist, but she just enjoyed the breaking down of substances. After a series of unfortunate events, Rika accidently sets her house on fire with both of her parents in it. As grim and dark as this already sounds, it doesn't stop there. Rika has no idea who has done this, and sets out to find the ones who committed a horrible act of arson on her family. Misguided by her actions, Rika finds a ribbon of dragon skin that catches fire when in contact with a high amount of friction and emotional turmoil. Rika is now a arsonist hunter who uses fire to fight anyone she comes across with a cold demeanor. This is the story of how an accident can be a catalyst for a raging fire of revenge.

Rika as a being varies in many ways when it comes to personality. For starters, she's a strong ally of justice. She believes in justice in all forms. To her, justice is always right, and she respects for being right. Rika's righteousness comes from both her mother's strong upbringing about treating others they way you want to be treated. She values it so much to the point that being just has become a major part of her personality. Her mothers often ask her for her opinions and she will dutifully give them her answer. Unfortunately, she is more then just precise with her answers. She is also precise with everything else she does. Contrary to most beliefs, Rika does not have OCD; she just likes being careful and perfect at everything. Tying this in with justice, Rika believes that one should strive to be as perfect as justice. Unfortunately, that means that she's also very obsessive. Rika , with due time, can and will obsess over everything. Nearly dangerous about it, it's the real reason why her two mothers moved to the woods.
In a way, you can also see Rika as an excapist. Despite her wanting to be a carrier of justice if things get too difficult for her she has a habit of running away. She has been doing this ever since she was young and her moms do not know how to stop it. Rika will run anywhere and feel just ask fine if she was in her own room. Rika is able to calm herself down when she flees, but she isn't calmed by the destination. It's the action, the feeling of running away from her problems that makes her feel secure about what she left behind those moments ago. After an hour or so, Rika will return to the place that the problem occurred and pretend like nothing happened. When confronted, Rika might glare, ignore, deny or do all three.

History/Background:

Her Mothers, Cariel and Riza
Rika's mothers are Cariel Peak and Riza Dianne. The two were a rather famous couple that lived in the town of Cynderfalls.
Cariel was an Amber Fox who often wore a collar of thorns. Her pelt was thick so they never bothered her, but they did protect her from attacks and assaults from others. Cariel was seen as a fierce individual who enjoyed her own freedom and loved seeing the freedom of others. Secretly though, Cariel was bound by her own weaknesses. She got tired and sick easily due to her mutation being more then just a coat color change. She had a weak immune system as well, and though she loved to pick fights she needed extra protection, so she chose the collar of thorns.
Riza was a Silver Fox who would often be bundled up with many clothes and bandages. Riza only dressed this way because she enjoyed it, not because she was actually injured. Riza enjoyed giving off the appearance of being weak because she loves being deceptive. At first thought that makes Riza look mischievous, but she is far from it. She enjoys teaching people life lessons, and one of her favorite ones to teach is assumptions. The reason why Riza does this is because as as child she would constantly be reckless with all of her decisions and she would always suffer for them.
Together the two made a rather good pair, but it took some warming up to since Riza loves to enforce lessons and Cariel is hiding her true sicknesses by acting brave, but after a while the two finally buckled down and enjoyed each others company. Soon after that, they two quickly fell in love. Town life was easy for them during this period. They would have never guessed that their daughter would soon bring an end to it.

Childhood
Rika as a little pup was rather dull but still dangerous. In fear of how the town would perceive Cariel and Riza decided to move to keep their daughter safe. Riza and Cariel's moved forced them into adapting to their surrounds much faster then it normally should for a family of foxes. Their first home was a small den between a sycamore tree and a mulberry bush. It provides a lot of shade, protection and food if food was hard to come by. However, beyond the bush was a black as ink bog that was always trapping animals inside it. The time Rika got stuck in it was too much for the family, so they quickly moved away from it. Their next home was even more temporary; it was in a tree. Of course, Cariel still wonders why she listened to Riza when she came up with idea. The tree was hard to get to, and once Rika fell out she just had to stay at the bottom until her parents came back home with food, which could have been hours. After a while, Rika just decided to explore on her own. This lead to many times she got herself lost and other times she found many fascinating things. Once she discovered the day where the night lilies of the forest bloomed and other times she would discover where squirrels hid their nuts (which she began eating the nuts and even then the squirrels). Her greatest discovery was her first sight of fire. It was during a thunderstorm, in which Rika quickly ran back to her tree, shivering in front of it trying to get warm. It barely rained the forest, so this was a new experience for her. She saw light in the sky dance before her and suddenly strike a bush 5 yards away from the tree. As she gave it a further inspection, she burned her nose and ran away from it. However, the scene of fire would forever burn a vision in her head and sear a road of vengeance as well. Making a note of this, Rika came back to this place everyday to observe the surreal sight in front of her. Eventually, she put her nose in it again. She got burned again. But Rika continued to burn her nose everyday until it became fire resistance after the ninth attempt. Fascinated with the light, she began experimenting with it. With her fire resistance nose, Rika began to learn how to make her own fire.

Teenage Development

Rika was emotionally invested in fire. Everyday she would spend her time burning herself and finding out about which spots fire burns the most and which places fire has barely any effect. During this time her parents were seriously worried due to their daughter coming home and having most of her fur either singed or burned off. Being the newly found rebel of the household Rika distanced herself from her parents as she was experimenting with this new element. Nothing mean or nasty was said, she just didn't speak to her parents as much as she usually would.
