For the body I'd do a very soft pink ( #f9e1fa), with the tips of the ears and the tip of the tail a darker warm pink (#ff82ea) fading down into it (gradient blend). I'd turn the earmuffs into cherry blossoms by adding little petals. I'd do a similar thing colorwise, with the center being a darker warm pink (#cf368a) and then the petals being a light pink (#f7add7). The scarf would be a light blue (#ade1f7) with brown branches going across it (#3b2114) and then I'd put little pixel cherry blossoms on the branches in the same color as the earmuffs. There would be about 4 branches doing this with little split branches to make it more organic (3 on the thicker part [top left, then middle right, then bottom left] and one diagonal one on the end of the scarf). I'd keep her eyes black for a good contrast.
