I don't think that was very clearly stated as part of the application requirements, but if I joined now would I be able to be an artist, or was that my only shot?

I could add you as an artist and make you a starter parrot, though you won’t get a 100 Firecrackers because an event is running. You will get your Firecrackers at the end of the event, or send me a trade for them to get them now. I will add you as an artist, don’t worry!
