I think rarity would be nice, the Mythics are suppose to be rarer than normal breeds so charging more for a breeding would be about right. As of yet I haven't charged anything to breed with my horses, other than to help with the breeding items and there's a good possibility I wont unless they don't want to use a Luna's gift so we both definitely get one. I just like to get new horses from breeding though I'm not against not getting them, I'll just charge them for use of my horse at that point.
Also I have a question, well two actually.
First: Do you allow people to breed other peoples horses, so long as an arrangement is made that is satisfactory to everyone involved? I ask because if you allowed this then people could make arrangements to breed with the pair that makes the specific Mythic they want as long as they paid the fee that both were asking for the breeding. Which leads to the second question...
Second: If you breed a pairing from the riddles that has proven to be correct, will they always produce Mythic offspring?

I'm assuming that this is detected towards me. And to answer your first question the two people involved must have agreed, that's why I let there be a little lag time between the form post and when I file and work on it.
And for your second question no, after the first breeding the specials become wild cards bred in the right combination they might produce a mythic, they might not. Bred in different combinations might produce and unreleased mythic or it might not, and bred with outside horses they're a wild card. Because a special can produce different breeds, elementals, or other just strange looking horses. You never know. But a mythic or special becomes less likely after the first breeding.
