The theme is nightlife, carnivals/fairs and neon lights!! Blackpool illuminations, glow wave aesthetic, arcades also match pretty closely with the vibes here.

I'd like the hair resemble a night ocean, almost black (perhaps with hints of green/purple) with the paper plane looking like a pier with the lights lit up at night ( or just lights !! ) I'd also like there to be a Ferris wheel + the lilies a dark blue rimmed with neon pinks. everything else is whatever fits the vibe, can be gradient colours or other fair ride stuff.
