The frosting on the cupcake can be the same color but I want it like a hat on the owl. Can you make the cup part of the cake with rainbow polka dots. I want the cup part of it from the feet to the center of the body. From the center to the head I want the cake part. I want it to be chocolate. The eyes I want to be Amber! Thanks!
