Alright~! Kennels are updated! However, donations are gonna stay closed for one more drop, so get adopting boys and girls. Don't make Tiki come after you. >:( Just kidding. XP

Anyway, we have some new rules up on the front page so you might want to take a look. Here they are for your viewing pleasure:

-Up to two forms per common kennel, and one form per "freak" kennel. Leave some for other people, please! Don't go for every character at once. Two forms are allowed for P kennels and one for the F kennels at the same time.
-Forms now expire. Any form not edited after two months with no winner for the character will be taken off of Octo's list. An extension of two weeks will be granted once upon request.
-Form templates longer than two pages will not be judged. Long templates/memes from dA about your characters are not allowed; they are just too long and we feel that nothing of value is put down, anyway. You can discuss this (politely) with Octo, Tiikeria, or myself, but we all absolutely despise these templates.

1) Yes, you read that right. We have upped the adoption limit to 2 per common, 1 per freak kennel. Why? Because PoH is much larger than it was when we started, and this is to help, hopefully, turn over some of the lovely characters we have here.

2) Forms do "expire" now. If it isn't edited within 2 months, it'll be taken off the CD list. You can get it back on by simply re-posting your form, preferably with more in it than before.

3) We've noticed users using really long form templates at other agencies, and we request you not use them here. Why? Because we don't feel like it adds anything other than fluff to your form. They're great for your own records; I've used them before for novel characters. However, for forms being judged, we feel like it's too much. So, please, save those for your own records. :3

So, that's it. As always, if you see a mistake, let us know, otherwise, let the round begin! >:)

Why do you want this animal and what will you do for it?: I have been looking for some wolves to use as my two character's pups. These two would be perfect, and Wolflineom looks like he was made for them!
Personality: Wolflineom is quiet and reserved, but very protective. He can be a bit timid sometimes. Harviel is very hot-tempered and cheeky. She can sometimes be quite foolish.
Likes: Wilfineom loves hair dyes and plushies. Harviel loves adventure and pulling pranks.
Dislikes: Wilfineom hates whining, 'derp', and people who think they're cool. Harviel dispises anyone who doesn't like her.
History/Background: Wilfineom and Harviel were born with their brother, Scheme (his form is below) after their parents, Kihtun and Chaos, met. The three young pups went on a dangerous adventure into the dark forest after being coaxed into it by Harviel. They were nearly eaten by a furious twosome of lions, who chased them all the way back to their den. Their parents were able to fend off the lions, and it turned out that they were nice creatures. Besides that, the pups do not have much history because they are a bit younger than most.
Art: Erm, I could make some if needed/requested/wanted.
Other: This place is great!

Why do you want this animal and what will you do for it?: I need three pups for my two wolves/foxes who had children. I've been searching for some characters to make into their pups. Plus, I think he's beautiful!
Personality: Playful, smart, clumsy.
Likes: Water, swimming, fishing, playing, rain.
Dislikes: Dirt, exaustion, heat, sand.
History/Background: Kind of the same as Wilfineom and Harviel's. Sorry to be lazy.
