If we were to assume that 50% were male and 50% were female, that each cat was paired up with another of the opposite gender and that each couple produced a litter of 5 kittens...
130/2=65, gender ratio 1:1, M=65 & F=65
65x5=325 - 130 = 195
Perhaps not millions, but 195 is a pretty large amount of kittens. And don't forget that some of the older cats may have had more than one litter, or that there may have been more than 5 kittens in certain litters (although the fact that some cats would have had smaller litters would probably balance it out). The you need to consider the fact that the those kittens would also pair up and reproduce, in which case...
