We have our new adoption cap! Thanks to your votes, we have decided to go with proof of use.

So what does this mean for you? It's not very difficult, but it is pretty bureaucratic.

1. Send either Wendigo or Atwood the "Adoption Cap Request Form" which will be made shortly.
2. When approved, fill out the TaN form as usual. Except there will be two new slots on the form; "Adoption cap slot" and "Staff signature" If you are adopting with your new adoption cap slot, put "yes" for the first option. For the second one, put the username of the staffer you PMed to have your slot approved.

Example:
Adoption cap slot: Yes
Staff signature: Wendigo

Personality: She's cold, cauculating, and incredibly focused, sometimes to the point of tunnel vision. Nyra has a cunning wit and always plans ahead. But she gets frustrated easily and sometimes fails to think things all the way through. And she prefers to execute any plans with the aid of others, as doing things alone isn't her style. Even though she may like group work, however, she must have the final move ALWAYS, especially in a hunt. Nyra is also the complete leader type. She'll never bow to anyone or be a follower. She doesn't condone waiting for anybody, as patience isn't her thing. So she always wants to finish on time.
