You get to keep one fish of your choice from your litter. All of the items you requested will be added to your archive in your new aquarium. The answer to your question is no, I don't have the Treasure Chests animated. that would be a cool idea, though. Also, I don't think you're rambling. I find it interesting reading your comments about fish, for I don't actually know that much myself. c:

{ @RainbowLily: Only the Betta fish have a set gender, so you may chose whether your fish is female or male, because it's a Tetra fish.
