Well, you definitely need to write more for the personality. What is she like? Explain the traits you have listed. Show us an example of when that trait is shown.

Also, you must have a history. A few paragraphs of either her history or a significant moment in her history will work.

Like I said before, check out B's tips in the second post of the first page, and take a look at some of the staff example forms for ideas on how to create a really good form. :3

Why do you want this animal and what will you do for it?: I want this character because of course, like many animals, he's cute. He seems like a nice, spunky RP character, and I love his creative design.
I'll do anything I can to get Jr. C:
I'll try and make as much art as I can, but it probably won't be much. My tablet doesn't work on here so it's terrible. *A*
I'm also going to try and think this through for a while, and make sure that it's long and not just two sentences!

Personality: Jr. is a crazy, spunky little panda-mutt. He likes to have fun, and have a great time. Jr. likes to be different and stand out from a crowd. Sometimes, he gets into trouble because he wants to have a little 'too much' fun.

Likes: He likes lollipops, sunglasses, and.. is that a bee or a fly on the picture? xD
But anyways, he also likes cake, and a good party~

Dislikes: People who are a stick-in-the-mud, people who don't like to have fun, when people don't agree with him, when they think that one of his creative ideas is too dangerous, etc. etc.

History/Background: Junior was brought up in a humorous, fun-loving family. Obviously, he inherited the craziness both of his parents had. He would always be hanging out with his friends, either being silly or doing something dangerous.
He liked- and still likes to- play with any moving or shiny thing that he saw. Unfortunately, he ended up playing with a really, really, heavy piece of metal which he accidently picked up and /dropped/ on his tail, putting a dent in his tail. {{XD}}
Sometimes people make fun of it, but nowadays they don't because they're so used to it. The dent in his tail seems to add to his uniqueness.

Why do you want this animal and what will you do for it?:
When I was scrolling through the Pound of Hope and saw beloved's donation, he blew my mind. I knew his exact personality the first time I laid eyes on Junior. When I went to school the next day, I couldn't get him out of my mind. I ended up doodling him by memory in the middle of a translation in Latin class! There is no words for how much I love him, and I hope my actions will explain it.

If I am lucky enough to bring home Junior, I will:
• Make/buy him tons of art
• Create a page (or two) entirely devoted to him in my brand new character website, which will be completed soon
• Write numerous stories & poems about him
• Shower him with love

Plot for my personal use:
Father left his mother and him alone. His mother and him are attacked, and mother tells him to run. He's exhausted, hungry, thirsty, and cut. He arrives at the meadow and faints. Junior wakes up in Bliss' burrow. She has nursed him and he has bandages on his body and is on a pile of feathers. He talks to her while she feeds him. Motherly type figure, but definitely not old. They talk for a bit, and then Bliss says: "Well, you're home now." (Timeskip into a month later) Junior explores the meadow and woods and meets a few other inhabitants. Fears, likes, and dislikes are included. Says his mother told him his tail was special.

Take a look at the winning forms to see what we pick. Forms don't win just because they're put in - they have to pass a certain standard so that we know the character's going to a good home. We need a cohesive, thorough personality and an equally thorough history. Sometimes forms win without a given personality, or without a history, but never with neither, and always with something that more than makes up for the lack. (So a form without a history has an extremely thorough personality, and vice-versa.)

While your form is more acceptable now than it was before, it still won't pass this standard that we hold, unfortunately. Just work on it some more and keep editing. This round ends October tenth... you've plenty of time.

Just keep working. c: You can never have too much, or too big of a form, I assure you.
And it's alright, questions pop up, it's no big deal~

Also, to answer your question in the "other" part of your form, she was probably made to donate, like many of these characters (especially the ones I've put up there. >.>;;). She might not have a family right now, and she might never have been used, much less RP'd. That's all up to the form-writer (you) to come up with. :)
