I have adotped two and ordered 1 custom.

well, for staff you get 3 free ones, then you have to pay. three in total

for customers, you get 3 a week in total no matter what, so other people can adopt as well, and have open custom spaces

Aww... What about if we made our own customs? like not so much that we don't do any others, just like one or two? That way we wouldn't be taking up custom slots.
