Hello. I have a small(ish) complaint to make! Someone put my favorite character up for adoption; so I reported them to the mods and their post was removed. Is there any way you can stop that from happening to me again?

which character was yours? Did they seriously just find a charrie you were using, and post a form for it? Woooooww.....

No; the mods removed her. She was my character; and I was looking on this thread. They posted the form a few minutes before I looked on the thread. They must've looked through my storage, they renamed her, and gave her a different age. She can be found here.

I have no way to keep users from donating characters they do not own. Unless someone has a direct link to their characters, I have no way of even checking whether or not they own it. I just have to trust that users are honest when posting forms here.

However, donations are currently closed right now, so any donation forms will not be accepted. You shouldn't have to worry about anyone donating your characters c: But if you still are worried about characters being stolen/donated here, I suggest moving your characters to a secure character storage site (I personally use Charahub for most of my characters, but I also have a thread on CS), if you don't already have them on one.

If users do continue to donate characters they do not own, I will add up a new rule requiring proof of ownership when donating. Only reason I'm not adding it now is because donations are closed, so there's no real need for a rule change at the moment. c:

and yes, they do donate a lot. I won't get into details, but they were getting hate for owning a lot of characters, so they donated a majority of their collection to the adopt. Forms were given through PM, so as not to clog the thread

Just give it some time and the character's image should work again ^^. I just looked over the kennels myself and they're fine on my computer.
