I have been notified of multiple users stealing the characters from kennels and claiming to own them!
I can't do much about this but report the users who stole characters if the notifier provides a username. However, usually this is not the case, and the user simply tells me and either doesn't reply when I ask for a name, or says they don't know/forgot it.

I'm asking for you guys' help in preventing more characters from being stolen. Please, if you notice a user is claiming to own a character that is up for adoption here, notify me with their username or report them yourselves! People have donated their characters here to make sure they go to the best home possible, and having them stolen is not right.

As for those of you stealing the characters, I just want to remind you all that this is not a first come, first serve place, since some of you may not even be aware you're stealing. Forms are judged based on effort put into them, plans for the character and most importantly the history, and unless I state that you win the character in a code drop, you do not own that character. So if you post a form, remember to not save the character until after judging, and only if you win. Otherwise, you will be reported. A ban list may even be created, if necessary, for users who ignore this.

Judging is being held on November 18th, as long as I'm not busy (may be travelling for Thanksgiving and to visit friends and family. If this is the case, I will notify you all and reschedule the code drop for as soon as I'm able to take care of it). You will all have until then to complete forms and ready yourselves for judging.
