Since it's Friday, whether Chimes have found their questing goal or not, everyone will "return home" after today's update and will need to start new quests next week if more questing is desired.

Mandab sticks to his quest, getting an early start to the day. As he pushes through some thick ferns, he sees a flash of fur ahead and another Chimeleon trots right up to him! They've been looking for a band to join and happily agree to come home with Mandab.

Kayo follows the trail of cloven hoofprints until it is joined by several other sets of tracks: paws, webbed duck feet, and a long dragging tail track! Eventually, they lead him to a clearing where a whole bunch of Chimes are resting in some shade. Explaining he's looking for loners, one steps forward who'd like to join your little clan.

The seer tries several times to enter a trance, but every time they seem to finally be in the groove, they sigh, get up, pace around, shaking their head, and sit down again. Finally they admit, "I got nothing."

The seer barely spends any time before they yell excitedly: "I've got it! Ram horns! You definitely carry it. Congratulations, it's a wonderful trait!"

Kayo has a good feeling about this visit! The seer goes into some kind of trance and says: "Hmm. Yes, I see it! .... something... spotty? No.. I've got it! Squiggly! No...." Their eyes snap open abruptly. "I think I'm just seeing spots behind my eyelids." They weren't able to learn anything new about Kayo's traits this weekend.

Also, a quick, normal-sized PSA that Gran now stocks a "Switcheroo" spell bag:
This can be used to swap one unknown trait for one that's known, reducing the # of traits by 1 and getting rid of a pesky ??? trait. This can be a great tool for reducing the odds of random things showing up that you might NOT want, if you have a trait you really like in your Chimes' invisible known traits that you would rather increase odds for. I hope that as folks unlock and learn more traits in the future, this spell bag can prove useful!
