A custom is a pixel pup that you choose how it looks like. In the reference you have to describe or post a picture or both on how you want your pixel pup to look like, where it says how hard it is you would say something like easy if you want it to be just plain blue or maybe hard if you want it to be pink with blue spots a top hat, black stripes and so on etc, line edits and item would be where you write if you want your pixel to have a line edit for example a different looking tail or maybe an item for example a bow.

Reference: medium gray with light gray and dark gray spots on its back and a white spot behind it's eye. Also a pink nose please
