I'm sorry for the confusion, or to dissapoint you, but it's at random. I may as well choose the winners in a moment though. Is doing it at random okay with you? (I like to hear the opinion of the adopters to see what I can change, I only planned to not have it as "the early bird gets the worm" so that people in other timezones get a chance if you wonder why.)
