If you read through the paragraph before the Lizards up for adoption, it says that you could try-out for as many lizards as you'd like. Obviously these are simple try-out forms for the first batch of lizards.

You can add small extra things if you like, just don't make your form too long! Save those long forms for the special adoptions and events! I didn't really specify on the front page, but they are not first come first serve. Once there are a fair number of entries for each I'll close entries for them and pick winners. Ones that are pick a number I'll either wait till all numbers are picked or no more entries are coming in for it. In the future there will probably be some first come first serve and some quick adopts that are only open forms day or so.
