Experience: I haven't actually worked as somebody who gives out crits before, but I do have good experience with bbcode + writing, as well as trying out for many characters in various threads in the past. c:
How active are you?: At the minute, I'm on Summer Break, meaning that I have loaads of time on my hands. At school, not so much, but I generally get on at least once a day.
Write a critique for a form that is short, simple, and with no extras:

Your form is great overall your ___ section was really well thought out, however it's lacking a lot in length and there are a lot of little details you can add in each section.
Remember that adding length to each section increases your chances of winning your character a lot (explaining said character's personality better, giving a reason for the name choice, describing why they like/dislike x things).
Remember that brightening up your form with a specific set of colours (also known as a palette) can really add to your form. A great idea is to pick colours from the character itself and base your form around that. Neat organization and prettying it up with BBcode is great and a few functions can really make your form look a lot prettier (however, avoiding bright colours is a good idea as they hurt peoples eyes - same goes for bright, flashing texts).
A few resources you can use are font sides 1001fonts, Veer and Fontspace. You can edit any images using Online Image Editor, Ezgif, Bloggif or Pixlr (though be sure to check out CS' image theft rules before you use any images you found) as well as any programs on your PC. If you want to add symbols to your form, take a look at this posts: here. A post that can really help you with BBcoding is Of The Fall's guide here.
As well as expanding on the form already provided for you, you also could add a few extras of your own, for example art, theme songs, an interview, a special moment held close to the character from their past, and anything else you can think of.

Why do you want this character?:
I absolutely adore his design, his color scheme especially! He seems like a unique character that I could do alot with.
What will you do with this character?:
I roleplay often so he will most likely be used in my roleplays, I also like to draw, and I play games like Wolf Soul, so I can share his design, and persona with alot of people.

I would like to keep his name as Flint, it fits him nicely.

Extremely outgoing despite his blindness, he's adventurous, and optimistic. Sometimes he can be a bit too cocky when it comes to competition, and often tries to go way out of his league. He'd need someone to keep him down to earth.
.:History:.
Flint grew up on a beach with his family, no where near trees because of obvious reasons, but despite the flames on his back, swimming was actually a good thing for him! The flames on his back where protected with a weird seal when he was younger, so if it touched water, or another being, it wouldn't hurt. Though tree's aren't safe from his fire yet, he often ventures into forests cautiously to listen to the soft sounds of nature, he'll sometimes sit there for hours just to listen.
