One of our main rules is not to post unless its been a week. We artists are busy with other things, too, and most likely your post has already been seen, just not accepted because we do not currently have the time to do it. Also, Mega Absol would be a freebie.

Yes, but the design does not belong to you. I've asked a member of the staff already, and they believe it is to be a freebie. Also, please next time do not post so much things that are considered spam. I'll get to the freebie when I can, everyone has their own lives to deal with, outside of CS, as Immortalkitten has said.
