Yep; if you want her, she's yours. ^^ About a third to half of the time, forms that people say to ignore because they have no chance against the competition are the ones that turn out to be the best applications, so I generally ignore those withdrawals unless the person actually doesn't want the character anymore (e.g. it doesn't fit their planned story, there's a different one they want to apply for, they weren't as attached to it as they initially thought, etc.). A lot of people tend to get a little psyched out when there's a lot of competition and wonder if they should just withdraw their forms, but there's no limit to how many times you can try out for a character and most of the time you can't know until it's over who's going to win, so there's no harm in keeping a form in even if there's strong competition.
