Its Story: -Visa’s point of view start-Visa sat on the grass under a large tree, sighing slightly. It was a chilly morning, just hours after sunrise, and the birds were already singing. Visa admired their cheeriness and lack of captivity. The world seemed so bright, so- “
Visa! ” Visa started, suddenly hearing the high chirping voice of her companion, Chip. Chip too, was a bird. A Blue Jay to be exact. He was quite the optimist, and was always... Well... Chirpy. Visa smiled a greeting, and held out her small and fragile arm for him to land on. Luckily for Visa, Chip was small enough of a bird to not hurt her arm. Chip landed on her arm softly, hopping up to her shoulder and nudging her head affectionately. “
Visa! Today’s the day! Today’s the day! Aren’t you excited?!" Visa smiled at the energetic bird. He would probably explode if he got any more excited. Visa shook her head, eliminating the thought. “
Yes, of course!” Visa said excitedly, dipping her head slightly. Chirp tilted his head from side to side, staring at her with his small, beady eyes. “
Is something troubling you, Visa Visa?" He asked, unusually calm. Visa breathed in raggedly. “
I’m so nervous, Chirp! ” She exclaimed, getting up slowly and letting the soft, slow wind tickled her face. She examined the world around her. She knew everyone here, and everyone knew her. She wasn’t different, she wasn’t unknown. But today, was the day that all of that would change. She would be meeting new people. Today was the day that Humans came, and maybe one of the Mibia would become a companion of theirs. Although Visa was excited, she was nervous. What if one of them didn’t like her? What if all of her friends found human companions, but she didn’t? Visa fell to her knees on the grass, deep in worries and thoughts.
-Rain’s point of view-Rain wrung her hands nervously, walking towards the Ranch of Seasons. It was the Summer season, and Rain had heard that there was a new type of species Bel had acquainted. She had heard they were nice, and were ready to meet new people, or if a human was lucky, companions. Rain wore a worried expression as she walked into the Ranch, and hugged herself, shivering from the chill. The Ranch was exactly what it sounded like, a ranch of sorts. Big, spacious fields, filled with mysterious new species Bel had tamed or discovered. Rain sighed, looking around the field. She really didn’t know what to do in this situation, so she decided to find a place to camp, so she could observe before making a mistake. “
Remember, Mibia’s do not like being called creatures, and can be as small as your hand, to the size of a German Shepard! Try not to crush or anger this precious and delicate species!” Bel’s words rang in her head as she delicately picked her way across the field, targeting a large Oak Tree. It was quite peaceful here. A nice breeze, singing birds, flowers, and everything was green. Rain reached the Oak Tree slowly, not wanting to step on anything that might have been in the grass, and sat down against the base of the tree, sighing. She looked around curiously, and whipped out her journal. Sketching random designs and animals.
-Visa’s point of view-Visa stood on top of a branch, just above the human who had just sat at the base of the tree. She was startled to suddenly see this human appear at the base of the oak tree. “Visa Visa, this is your chance to meet someone new! How exciting!” Chip chirped cheerily. Visa looked at the small bird, who was hopping up and down, and smiled weakly. All of a sudden she felt like running into some bush and burrowing there until next year. “Well... I don’t... I don’t know about this... What if she isn’t friendly or she doesn’t like me!? Or… Or…” Vise was dizzy from worry, and sat down. She had never thought this would actually happen. That humans would come to meet her and her friends. Visa leaned over the tree branch again, studying the human girl. She wondered if she was approachable or not. “Hey Chip, Do you think tha-“Suddenly Visa lost her grip from the branch, and fell, slowly, slowly, down. Falling closer and closer to the human girl until suddenly; SMACK! Visa had landed right onto the surprised girls lap. Visa could feel her heart beating faster and faster, as she slowly looked up to face the human girl. She had a shocked expression on her face, her eyes were wide, mouth slightly open, and her face was flushed from embarrassment. Visa and the girl sat there and stared at each other a moment, before the human suddenly started to laugh. “Oh my, are you okay? I’m really sorry, I think I must be more embarrassed than you are!” The girl gingerly picked up Visa and set her on her feet, brushing some leaves off of her. Visa stood there a second, dumbstruck. Was this human girl… Actually apologizing to
her? Visa looked up at her, staring suspiciously.
