Let me tell you, I really wanted to give this character to both Q and reckless. you guys both wrote out some amazing forms, and reckless - you've improved so much with your writing since you first came here. Username: Hey, there! I'm Sunlitsecrets, but you probably already know that, seeing as I currently am in charge of this place. But anyway, I'm the owner of 270 beautiful characters that I love very much, and after scrolling past this guy in the kennels so many times, I'm here to try to give him a new home. I've always wanted to try and adopt a character from here - I did get one, back when Dove was still in charge. So here I am, trying for another one <3

Name meaning: honestly? I love the latest Zelda game, Breath of the Wild, and I got the name from the fish species that dwells in the game world.

Personality:
If you aren't the kind of person to pay attention to things, you could easily not even know he exists. He’s a quiet fellow, a figure that is content with hiding out in the shadows and watching the world continue on around him. It’s difficult for most ghosts, he knows... so he feels pretty lucky he’s found a place as exciting and energetic as this.
. The circus where Zora dwells is an-ever busy place, but also an endlessly welcoming one. He adores it and the people who run the place, especially the flock of birds that gift him their molted feathers from time to time.

Zora is unintentionally spooky. There’s a chill in the air around him, more prominent than with other ghosts, and with the ability to turn invisible at will, he has a bad habit of reappearing suddenly and scaring others. Probably his most ‘disturbing’ trait is that he paints symbols on the walls, endless interlocking patterns of circles and dots. To those who don’t know him it could easily be interpreted as an evil omen. But most people know by now that he just loves the intricate designs, loves the feeling of paint on his paws. Zora could sit, mesmerized by his own creations, for hours on end if not disturbed.

He’s not one to speak all that much and he’s quite scared of those he doesn’t know, but the members of the circus understand that with a little respect and space, he’s easily the most trustworthy one of them all. Zora hears much as he wanders the circus. He tells none of it.

History:
He was an artist once. Or so he thinks. It's all a bit foggy the further back he goes into his memory. Busy city streets and colorful skies and ever moving, growing, changing - Zora thinks he would miss it, as he was back then. So energetic, always working on some new project, the Zora of old was constantly on the move.
. He wonders what caused him to change. Or when he changed. But the weeks blur together, an endless spiral, and he can't tell what his past was like. It was all too long ago. Surprisingly, the old cat isn't all too worried about losing that past. He's more worried he'll forget these friends of his, when they're gone.

Zora can remember his death fairly well, if anything. He can't remember why, or how, or exactly when, but he knew that he was on a merchant ship, bound for the south end of Silvarum. And there were pirates - they attacked, the ship sank in a blaze of flames -
. Zora only knew that he wanted to live. So he did - not as himself, but as a ghost. At first he didn't recognize the fact, but when others reacted to his presence with fear, he realized what he had become. So he isolated himself from the world.
. He spent many years on his own, in a tiny corner of an island in a corner of a continent in a corner of the planet, until, one fateful day, someone came to visit. Well, they didn't really know he existed and they sort of stumbled into the place, but it was surprisingly... nice to see someone, anyone, after so long.

This was a motley crew of colorful individuals standing before him, talking about fixing a... hot air balloon, he thinks he hears. Only after a couple minutes of conversation do they notice the quiet ghost, watching them all with a curious gaze. At first they were suspicious of Zora - obviously, no one knew whether to trust a ghost.
. Zora didn't talk to them at first. He merely followed along when no one tried to stop him, and went with them in their floating ship (a truly magnificent beast).

. Many moons and many confrontations later, and he started to slightly open up to the gang in their flying circus. He had his quirks that scared them, of course - the first time someone walked in on him painting his circles on the wall, the entire circus went into a panic. But, eventually, he entered in some small conversation with some of the members, and he became... perhaps a friend? The resident ghost, rarely talking, but always present.
. He thinks he likes it here.

mmm leading up to end of year exams so idk how much time i'll have if i wanna enter for something but we'll see

also, i can't see the image for kennel 2, kennel 4, kennel 6, kennel 11, kennel 20 and kennel 31. For all of these kennels it seems the images were moved/deleted off da stash? i could see the images earlier before, but it seems since something has happened to them.
