Isn't that the same as a raffle?
Though I kinda like the FCFS rule, but maybe you could do something like those, maybe some litters are mini raffles of three and some are FCFS. However most people seem to like FCFS depending on you poll.

For example, if three posts in a row say a b c in some order, then they're gone. But if it's posted a b a c then a wiuld get a random pick thing.
