Personality
Teloh is jumpy, skittish, and easily angered. He doesn't like being told what to do, no matter who's telling him. He likes being in control of things other than himself, and hates when he is helpless or weak. He is extremely stubborn and once he is set in stone, it's almost impossible to change his mind. Despite this, he is extremely loyal and will pledge to serve. He may not like pleasing others, but loyalty is very important to him and disloyalty is the same as death. He is fleet-footed and swift, and likes to run. He likes action, boring things make him frustrated. Teloh may seem distant and stubborn, and he is, but his loyalty to you shall never waver.
Backstory
Teloh was born to a pair of foxes in a breeder's home. The breeder loved foxes, and was determined to make them well-known as domesticated house pets. Her prized couple, two elegant Mohohan Chirping Foxes with high expectations, lived together in an air-conditioned house with extremely fluffy beds, couches, diamond-studded food bowls, etc. The two were gold medal champions in the show business, and the walls of the house were covered in gold medals. A few silver medals hung in the corner, and any bronze medals were as well hidden from sight as possible. The show table sported a few gold trophies, with the words "Mohohan Fox Show: First Place" engraved on their bases. The two foxes lived in complete luxury, and almost grudgingly gave up one of their many fluffy beds to the newborn cubs. The four fox cubs, all of which had similar lines, colors, and patterns as their parents, were the apple of the breeder's eye. The pair of foxes were growing older, and soon they would have to retire. With these four, surely she could continue her legacy of wins? They're descended from the best show foxes in the country.
The four fox cubs learned quickly that all was given to them. They were spoiled. Their parents mostly ignored them, strutting around the room with their tails high. It took several tries for Teloh's mother to actually settle and feed them. Distant from his parents, Teloh mostly stuck with his littermates. He wanted to be as successful as his mother and father were. But they seemed so good, so good at everything. Teloh felt like he couldn't ever match them. Teloh slowly grew distant from his siblings as well. His parents raised him to expect everything, from air conditioning, to high-quality food, to carpeted floors. Teloh knew nothing else. The rest of the breeder's foxes lived out in the barn. They had air conditioning, but they weren't treated as "top foxes". It was considered "a curse" to meet the "lowly" foxes in the barn, his mother had said to them one day. But one day, during Teloh's outside time in the extremely large outdoor pen, he met one of the other fox cubs. This fluffy young cub was not as well groomed as him, and he was a tad bit thinner. The cub's healthy curiosity frustrated Teloh, the cub kept asking so many questions! Teloh slipped away, ignoring the sad look on the cub's face.
Days passed, weeks passed, months passed. Teloh and his siblings grew up, and they were put into their first show. When the highest medal was a silver, his breeder threw them out, calling them "disgraces to the show fox family". Now without a home, Teloh wandered the streets, becoming more and more ragged, more feral, more like a true fox. Teloh still kept his stubborn expectancy from when he was young. Sticking by his siblings, they came to the door of the CF adoption center. Treated kindly and warmly, some temperaments changed. But not Teloh!
