I'm not quite sure what to do, I'm fairly new to this thread, but I'm trying to help out as much as I can. I messaged Pompeii about this the day you posted it and haven't gotten a response, if I knew who was in charge of Gem exchange, I could help you, but I don't see it in the rules anywhere, if nothing happens within a day, I would try PMing whoever you sent the trade to to get the gems.
