Reason You Want It: He's a strange type of cute. He's not ugly but he's not cute and thats what attracted me to him almost immediately. I was going through the new posts, like I always do when new posts are posted, and I saw him. My eyes lit up and I got the biggest grin and I just said. "Aww! He's so cute!" despite his weird apperance. I just knew I had to try for him

History/Background/Other: Micheal here used to be a normal dog. Ok... Not normal because he was hairless with pink spotted skin with an awkwardly short tail but normal because he's a dog. Well... One day, his owner was taking him to the vet for his monthly check-up but instead of going to the left, they turned right. Thats when Micheal knew something was very wrong. His master never missed their monthly vet check-up. Ever. Whimpering with discomfort at not going to a familiar place, they stopped at a big gray building with no window. What could we possibly be doing here? He asked himself just before his master got out of the car and walked around to where he was sitting in his kennel in the passenger side of the car.

Pulling the kennel from the car, his master took him to the building. He remembered being handed over to a man in a white coat and a mask who handed my master, well ex-master now he assumed, some paper slips that he had learned were called money. The new man carried him through the building and he could hear the wailing and pleading of other animals to be released and that made him frightened. Micheal felt his kennel get dropped on a table with a loud thump! and he started shaking. A woman this time, who was dressed simalerly to the man, opened his cage and pulled him out gently by the collar before jabbing a needle into his neck. His world faded and he was asleep.

When he woke, all he knew was that his back, tail, front legs, and skull were pounding painfully. He attempted to look around but everything was blurry and going in and out of focus constantly. He managed to push himself to his legs but fell from pain. Panting, he attempted again but toughed through the pain and got into a sitting position. Everytime Micheal would turn his head or move, a gently tinkle tinkle filed his ears. Blinking a few times, the blurriness disappeared from his vision and he looked around. Al around the poor creature were deformed creatures, some dead, some asleep and some barely alive. As he kept looking around, he saw a grotesck {?} looking creature staring at him, copying his movements. It took Micheal a while to realize... That was him. Yelping, he saw something on his new collar. A tag with the name in clear writing of THING written on it.

Swiping the collar as best he could with his numb and painfilled legs, he got the tag off. Micheal looked down at his legs and wanted to be sick. Stuck to him, instead of dog legs... Were bird legs. Looking at his back, he saw two wings on one side and two on the other. His back hurt too much to try to move them so he looked at his tail. Instead of a bald, thin tail, he had a fur, or feather, covered tail. Whimpering, he hoped off the table and fell, his legs still very numb. Getting back up, he walked on wobbily legs and looked around. Seeing no evil humans with coats and masks, he found the door that lead outside and Micheal walked in the direction of the door. Thinking he was scott-free, he felt better about himself. Until a human shouted behind him and ran at him. Yelping with fear, he ran on numb legs that burned each time they hit the ground. He shoved the light door open and ran.

He's still on the run to this day.

I think I actually first saw him on a thread a while back and loved his design, so when I saw him I was actually really excited?? I have a thing for weird characters, and he'd fit right in uwu. My favourite thing about his design would be the wings coupled with the eyes, a creepy-cute sorta look? I also love the colour scheme and the stitches on his legs. If I won him I'd probably make his tail a bit longer uvu

Percy isn't typical in the least, as you may have guessed by his appearance. He has a tendency not to blink, which can be unnerving to most people, and his constantly flapping wings can be irritating, but in truth they're just nervous habits. When he relaxes he's actually pretty pleasant, if not too shy. He never talks very much, but not always due to his social anxiety. He simply doesn't talk unless he has something to say. He loves geometry and astrology, but his talons aren't the best for drawing. Thankfully stargazing fits him well, as he hates sun and enjoys being alone. He seems to love romcoms, but it's pretty difficult to catch him in the act. Percy has a strange habit of hoarding cutlery.

Percy was created by Project ACHILLES, a group of people who came together in an attempt to create an animal capable of surviving in high levels of radiation and other extreme conditions to see if the same could be doe with humans. they had good intentions, attempting to save the human race from rising radiation levels, but their experiments became inhumane. Subjects gained near-human intelligence but the enhancements failed. They attempted to mash together different species to make the creatures more adaptable, but most turned out like Percy. Little control over his wings, fumbling with his talons, and ears designed for super-hearing flopping uselessly. He can however, use the night-vision in his eyes. After the nature of the project was exposed, all subjects were scheduled to be put-down. One scientist however, was extremely against giving up the project. She along with five of her followers took some of the subjects who were in better shape with them to the wastelands surrounding the city. They didn't get any farther before the chinchilla with the poisonous bite escaped. The rest is history. Henry wandered the wastelands with little memory of the event in the facility. All subjects were grown in the labs, and were unconscious for most of the procedures, though the procedures did have an effect, leaving most subjects extremely shy and wary. He eventually ran into Nikolas, an experiment from project PATROLUS, and earlier experiment of a similar nature.

Later on, Subjects of project ACHILLES turned out to have a mental link. This mental link helped them to find each other, and they gathered in what used to be an amusement park. They now inhabit the amusement park, masks and tattered cloaks shielding thm from what their enhancements do not.

Use: When I saw this guy get donated, I was immediately drawn in. Several amazing characters have been donated as of recent and I wish we could go out for several. I decided I had to choose between this guy and that beautiful ninetales donated just a bit ago. Despite being torn, I decided I should try for this guy since I could see me using him more often. Which, of course, brings me to what I'll use him for. An aspiring author, writing the same novel gets boring, and while I have made some progression, it's hard to do so without losing muse. If I keep some side projects, I see to get a lot less stressed about the first book. This guy would give me a chance to break away and write about some things I'm not too familiar with. Physical Description -

Huss has a tan base color ██ with a completely white ██ underbelly. His wings match his underbelly. Spots and markings are generally a slightly pink brown color ██. A stripe on his neck breaks this pattern slightly by being a darker color ██. His eyes are a bright yellow ██ and have black and grey surrounding them. His nose is a strange variation of pink ██ with darker spots ██. The front legs stitched to him in black are orange ██ with dirty brown nails ██. Around his neck hangs a gold chain ██ and shiny bell ██.
It appears his base creature is that of a dog, some sort of greyhound or other large and skinny canine. His face as well as legs are long. His tail looks like a newt's and his eyes are almost out of this world. They've been dilated so much they became completely black. On his back are two set of wings. Again, they're something not found on Earth. They're far large than that of a dove and are fully functional. All of them have a seemingly unlimited amount of feathers. The two on top are a bit smaller. His forelegs have been replaced with legs of a bird, though they too are larger then commonly found.

Name You'd Choose for It:
Her current name, Vullixian, may not be my particular cup of coffee but I do believe it fits her perfectly. I, if I happen to win, will choose her name to be Vullixian.
Species/Breed:
As stated, she is a Vulpix, though carries the coat of a marbled fox. Pretty unique, eh? Tripp is fantastic designer, and she is no exception.
Gender:
As most Vulpix are, Vullixian is a female. Just as her beautiful coat and feminine appearance suggest.
Reason You Want It:
I may have many characters(an counting up), but I waited and stalked for her design to come out here. She is just perfect, and just the kind of original design I look for in a character. You may not know it and it may be hard to tell, but I am very picky when it comes to characters. Strangely I prefer not to make and design them myself, which only makes finding the perfect design and/or character even harder. I, after many years of falling out of my "obsession", have recently gotten back into Pokemon and have been on the search for the design. This is the one, and I can promise she will be loved to her fullest.

History/Background/Other:
It hasn't been a long time since he died, and the loss is still very raw. I miss him. He was my partner, I was supposed to keep him safe. I... I failed him...

Blue eyes glowed in the darkness of autumn night, the winds howling and the turning leaves rattling and shaking and falling. It had been nearly a year since the owner of the eyes was left to fend for herself. A growl emanated from where the form hid, a form stepping out of the bush. She seemed focused on something, but a look in her eyes told that she couldn't get it. With a deep breath she blew out, a bright blue flame following swiftly. What ever it was, it didn't make it out from that. A burnt path though the undergrowth was all that remained, the oddly-colored fox having mysteriously vanished after such.

The stars twinkled brightly and happily over head as the fox ran down a well-worn path. She clearly traveled the way often, every day to be exact. Rarely did humans pass through, but when they did, they often stayed for the night. She took advantage of that. She had become a thief, the whispering paws of the forest. She often took food, to help keep her going, though she did take other things occasionally. Shiny things, useless things. But humans never came her way anymore, and neither did prey. She was hungry and needed to eat. She needed to move on. There was a problem with this, though. She couldn't go more than a hundred yards out from an old shrine for a forgotten forest spirit. And her Pokeball was preventing her from leaving.

She had tried many times to take it with her, but she never could carry it and hunt at the same time. She needed to get smart, to make a way to carry it. She had observed the humans who came and many of them wore things around their necks. Shiny things that she had taken before. They were all wrapped carefully in a cloth hidden in the old shrine. Some how, some way, she would make one so she could carry it with her. So she could leave. The blue eyes looked over her collection, falling on a simple chain. But how could she make one? She would find a way. She was smart.

Gently she nosed the pokeball from the corner, running a paw over it and rolling it over. "Vullixian" That name was carved carefully into tough material. No one would ever forget who she was, and she would never forget the love her trainer put into this.

Days passed, days she should have spent searching for something to eat, and she finally came up with an idea. Using something that resembled a charm was burned to the blank chain, the blue flame from her mouth dying away. It was hot to the touch, much to hot to touch as it lay. She waited for it to cool before continuing. With great care and steady, she melted the material of the pokeball to the charm-thing. It wasn't perfect, but it would do for sure.

She could hardly stand by the finishing the project, having taken too much time to think and create without eating, but she was happy with this. She would finally be able to travel. Finally be able to live freely.

But now I can finally learn to move on. I will never forget....
