.::Tracker Dog Application Series 22::.

Overall Info: This mysterious and sterile demon tends to wander around the facility and seemingly goes through walls. It has no classified gender nor does it like to spend time outside during the daytime.

.::Tracker Dog you want::.

Tracker Dog #77 -- Available Until the 31st

.::Basic Information::.

.::Name you'll give it::.

Nemo

.::Meaning of Name::.

'No name' or 'nobody'.

.::Origin::.

The name 'Nemo' is of Latin origin.

.::Reason Behind the Name::.

The name Nemo really stuck when I found it. This Tracker seems like it'd be one that would not consider itself something of importance, hence thinking it was a nobody. Perhaps it's seeking it's purpose while silently wandering the facility. I think Nemo truely wishes to be known as more than the nobody it thinks it is, which is why I thought the name really fit it nicely. The reason I chose the name to be of Latin origin was because when I think of Latin (which I took a class on in school), I think more of the dead and a dead language. I also think of new beginnings, as Latin was the start of a lot of languages. So that also ties into what I think of this Tracker. It is a ghost, but it still wishes for a purpose, which could be the 'new beginning' that it wants in the 'afterlife'.

.::Gender::.

Neither (although I refer to Nemo as him and it throughout my form)

.::Height::.

It stand at about 4'5''

.::Weight::.

Since Nemo is a 'ghost' of sorts, he has no specified weight and Neuro has made no attempt to try and weigh it to find out.

.::Theme song::.

Liar Betty by Rin Kagamine

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P2uTfVK22pQ

The reason I chose this song to be Nemo's theme song is because a lot of the lyrics, when looking at an english translation, seem like they could be sung from the perspective of Nemo. It seem to relate to it very much, as well as the relationship it has with it's owner, Neuro (which, technically, in the song, I'd consider him the 'her' that is referred to, as I imagine Nemo 'singing' it).

.::Birthday::.

October 31st

.::Occupation::.

Nemo helps it's owner to track down demons so that he can exorcise them.

.::Reason why you want it::.

As I made my return to Chicken Smoothie after so many years, I'd heard so much about the wonderful Trackers that are on this website from a friend of mine. She showed me the thread and when I saw this series, I knew I had to try for one. I lingered for a moment on #76, but then my gaze fell upon the wonderful tracker, #77. I was sparked with a inspiration that I hadn't had in quite some time and knew this was the one that I truely should try to get.

I fell in love with the markings and style right off the bat. Who wouldn't want a demonic looking, ghost Tracker anyway? I absolutely adore how it looks and I can just imagine it sneaking up behind someone silently, just waiting for them to turn around and scream from the unexpected presense. It's ghost-like appearance really caught my attention though. I loved the fact that it glows slightly and I could imagine someone looking through it. His design really is breath-taking though.

Being that Halloween is my favorite holiday, I also felt an even stronger attraction to this Tracker, as it really captured the Halloween feel. It looks spooky and I know if I suddenly saw something like that creeping up behind me, I'd freak out! I really think that it captured my love for creepy things more that 75 or 76 by far.

Perhaps one of the main reasons I want it is because of the many concepts that seem to spark off of him. A ghost Tracker just seems, all around, to be very interesting. It sparks many story ideas for me and, as a writer, inspiration is one thing that I love to have! And with NaNoWriMo approaching fast, ideas are so wonderful!

I'd also like to say that just the small description of the creature really struck me as interesting. The way that the Tracker seems like it would silently communicate with the world around it, more of an observer than one to take action seems to reflect my own personality as well.

Truely, the design of this Tracker and the ability it has to give me new inspiration are the central reasons why I'd like this Tracker to have as my own, as well as the fact of how I can make connections in our personality.

.::Will it be used in any kind of story?::.

Most certainly! I already have ideas brewing now! I could definatly use Nemo in my NaNoWriMo story. I need to revise the plot a bit and using Nemo could definatly help a lot! What could help a group of people hunting demons better than a ghost dog who might be able to sniff them out? Once things at my school settle down a bit and I'm not so busy, this lovely little tracker will defiantly fit into my story!

.::Nemo In Detail::.

.::Likes::.

*Being acknowledged or simply known*
One of the things that Nemo wishes for is to be known and for someone to acknowledge that it is there. Nemo wants people to notice it floating around, perhaps speak a word or to it and show it that Nemo is, indeed, somebody. It isn't often that this happens though.

*Peace*
Nemo always loves the sense of relief it gets whenever it gets a chance to help exorcise a demon. All the negative energy simply fades away and leaves a feeling of peace and freedom that Nemo adores. It helps Nemo have a sense of 'resting in peace' as well.

*The Night*
What better time for a ghost to come out than during the nighttime? Perhaps if one is lucky, they'll be able to hear the faint, ghostly, whisper of a howl late at night from Nemo.

*Glowing Mushrooms*
An odd thing to like, the mushrooms that glow much like Nemo does have always caught it's attention. The lovely cyan-toned glow from the mushrooms are one of the only things it likes that's a physical possesion. Nemo has a collection of them hidden away, although Nemo never actually uses them for anything more than gazing at on lonely nights.

*Bones*
The only other thing Nemo likes that's a physical possesion is bones. Nemo doesn't really find anything 'attractive' about them, but it enjoys chewing on them in it's spare time, which makes him seem a tad 'dog'-like in this respect.

*Mirrors*
Nemo finds that mirrors are another way to prove that it has a presense. Nemo is there. Nemo can be seen. It is a truth none can deny Nemo, so he takes satisfaction in that.

*Rain*
Although rain is a normally depressing sight, it pleases Nemo. It finds rain to have the same mysterious feel that it finds within itself, so he'll normally come out on stormy nights.

*Japanese Dolls*
Oddly enough, such dolls would be featured as a source of evil in many things like horror video games and such, but Nemo is surprisingly drawn to them. Perhaps the dolls hold a special link to the world of spirits.

.::Dislikes::.

*Living without a purpose*
Nemo has wandered for so long searching for his purpose, he hopes to no longer be a nobody. He can't stand 'living' without meaning, even if it is a ghost.

*Negative Energy*
Being very sensitive to negativity, Nemo doesn't like to see people close to it upset or angry, just as Nemo doesn't like the 'scent' that demons give off, which reeks of the negative energy he despises.

*Daylight*
The daylight makes Nemo wince and draw back, retreating to it's sanctuary of the shadows. The bright sun just disagrees with a ghost like Nemo.

*Being Scolded/Talked Down*
Nemo doesn't like to be yelled at in any way. It makes him feel like even more of a useless nobody. Belittling Nemo does nothing but put him in a bad mood.

*Becoming Invisible*
Nemo has the ability to vanish from sight, but it pains Nemo to do so. Having no one see it makes it seem like Nemo was never there at all, which, once again, ties into how Nemo doesn't like feeling like nothing or a nobody.

*Being Alone*
Nemo prefers to be around humans, since being alone all the time really puts Nemo in a sour or depressed mood. Also, being around living creatures just makes him more comfortable in general.

*Demons*
Naturally, Nemo has a hatred for these evil creatures. Not only are they wasting their purpose in life for doing evil, but they reek of negative energy, two things that Nemo can't stand. Nemo is glad that it could assist in banishing such creatures from the world.

*Cats*
Nemo doesn't hate them like a dog hates a cat, as they are opposites, but more so because cats, to Nemo, have some odd connection to demons and bad spirits.

.::Describe its personality::.

Loyal

Nemo is forever loyal to the people it trusts, which is mainly it's owner, Neuro. Nemo will never leave his side whether in times of peril or hardship. Although Nemo's looks may decieve people into thinking it might be a cruel, deceptive ghoul of the night, really this is not so. Nemo will protect those close to it with it's life if it had to. Neuro really feels a strong bond with Nemo. They both seem to trust each other and wouldn't betray one or the other. They act as "master/pet" sometimes, but other's it is more of a "friend/friend" relationship.

Guarded/Secretive

All around, Nemo is a rather mysterious Tracker. It only 'speaks' in barely audiable whispers and anything about it's past or history is completely a mystery. Nemo isn't one to reveal things about his likes and dislikes or personality easily. It took Neuro quite some time to know what Nemo's likes and dislikes were and he still doesn't know them all. Sometimes, Nemo has gotten upset because of Neuro learning about the little trinkets and such that Nemo would collect, but he's alright about it now. Nemo already seems spooky enough and that's plenty to give him a mysterious and eerie aura about him.

Gloomy

Nemo doesn't mean to act as gloomy as it normally does, but because Nemo's mind tends to wander into more depressing areas when it's not occupied doing something, Nemo can seem like a rather pessimistic and gloomy Tracker. Unfortunatly, this aspect of Nemo is a bit too common for Nemo's liking.

Courageous

Not afraid to go in search of demons, whether powerful or weak, Nemo never shows fear of any kind. There will never be a time when you see Nemo running from a possessed victim with it's tail in between it's legs. Nemo is a wonderful symbol of courage, ready to right the evil demonic forces alongside his owner any day, any place, any time. Even in times of great tension, such as searching for the demons and not just the battle itself, no trick any beast could play could spook Nemo. Undaunted, Nemo will continue on in any situation.

Perserveres and Endures

Another trait which is reflected in Nemo's courage, is Nemo's perserverance. Nemo will continue a battle no matter how hurt he may get, just as he will never give up on a difficult puzzle or a tricky trial. Originally, Nemo didn't have this trait, but after working with Neuro for awhile, Nemo managed to find a new kind of courage and perserverance within him.

Lacks Faith in Self

Although Nemo has courage and perserverence, Nemo has a tendency to doubt itself often. Nemo may not show fear and never give up, but there are many times where it'll think that it isn't good enough or isn't strong enough to complete a task or help defeat a demon or won't be 'good enough' for its owner. Such things constantly prod at Nemo's brain and worry him, but he never shows it on the outside.

Unforgiving/Spiteful

Just as Nemo is loyal to people it trusts, if you do something to lose Nemo's trust or do something to really upset it, like hurt someone close to it, Nemo would never forgive them, no matter what. Nemo probably wouldn't go as far as murdering someone unless it was a VERY good reason to do such a thing.

Envious

Deep down, Nemo actually has an envy towards all living things, since Nemo IS a ghost. Nemo wishes it could have a new life among the living as an acutual living being and not just a spirit, so Nemo will sometimes zone out when watching the world pass by.

Takes Responsibility

You wouldn't see Nemo ever throw the blame on another living creature. Nemo probably takes more responsibility than it should actually, as it acts as if the whole world is balancing on it's shoulders. Nemo is actually pretty quick to blame itself for any bad thing that might go wrong during it's and Neuro's travels. Neuro has been trying to get Nemo out of this state of mind.

Silent

For one with a personality like this, Nemo seems like it'd be more interactive as far as speech goes, but in truth, it's not. Nemo will often only 'speak' when it is of dire importance to what is happening around it or Nemo will just have something generally important to say. Unless conditions like these are met, you won't hear Nemo speaking. Not only is Nemo silent because it doesn't speak often, but it is also silent because it moves silently, never making a sound as it travels from place to place. This attribute really contributes to the whole aspect of Nemo seeming like more of a 'bystander' at times than one to act, as Nemo seems like one who would just quietly float by anything.

The Owner

Name

Neuro Ilefiraz

Gender

Male

Age

Eighteen years old

Personality

"It is my fault, my fault, my most grevious fault."

A rather quiet teen, Neuro has a strong connection with Nemo in the way they feel about things. Although he's tried to get Nemo to stop acting as if it is responsible for everything, Neuro, himself, is also the same way, always prepared to take the blame. Although rather blunt and hard to deal with at times, Neuro can be kind when he wants to. He's normally very distant though, but this isn't his fault, as his 'abilities' have caused his family to shun him and basically disown him. Neuro is actually very passionate about exorcising demons and is determined to purge the world of that evil. He has heard that his goal is pointless, but that's never stopped him from continuing on. He would continue this journey to the very ends of the Earth and through Heaven and Hell if he had to.

Appearance

Neuro is actually very attractive for an outcast. He stands at about 5'11'' and is rather slender, obviously in shape. His face is a bit rounded, giving him slightly poofed out cheeks. His chin comes to a point as well. His eyes are a lovely cyan color, although his left eye is a few tones darker than his right. He has dirty blonde hair that goes down to his shoulders. His bangs are razored slightly and brush over part of his right eye. He has creamy toned skin, as though he was slightly tanned. Underneath his right eye is the tattoo of a cross. He normally wears rather common clothes, jeans and your everyday t-shirt, but he always wears a red ribbon tied around his neck, but he refuses to tell anyone why.

Brief History

As a child, Neuro was actually quite the bubbly young boy. He was always laughing or smiling and having a good time, but he was considered weird because of what he talked about. He would always talk to his parents and friends about odd creatures, ghosts, that he'd see floating or crawling about, swearing up and down that they are real. Worriedly, his parents told him to forget such things, to stop talking about such ridiculous stories, but Neuro still persisted. He found the spirits interesting and seemed to play with them...until he happened upon something that was not just simply a spirit. A demon had found Neuro when he was nine years old and attacked him, possessing his body, although, he couldn't fully possess Neuro. Oddly enough, Neuro was able to resist having his mind control by this evil. The moment the demon entered his body, a red ribbon formed around his neck, although the reason for this was unknown to him. After the day this happened, Neuro's personality changed very much. He never smiled and was constantly negative. His parents noticed this change and asked him about it and where he got the ribbon. He replied that he was fine and that the ribbon was nothing. His mother tried to take it off of his neck and Neuro seemed to go crazy, attacking his mother with a blood-thirsty snarl. She was killed and his father ordered for him to leave that house and never come back, which he did. When he was in a more stable state of mind, he realized that this ribbon was the only thing keeping him from becoming like a demon, so he never takes it off...except in the most dire of emergencies. His central goal is to get this demon out of him, but he feels compelled to destroy all other demons in the world, making sure that no one else would have to suffer through such great sorrow, as there is no greater conflict than that of an internal one with a demon. He has been trying to wipe out all the demons of the world to this very day, as he is now eighteen years old. Now that he's found a reliable partner, Nemo, his work is becoming a bit easier.

The Backstory

Write an introduction for your Tracker

((Written from Neuro's POV))

Nine years. It's been that long that I've been trying to find someone or something that can get this beast from inside me. The demon that's been in my body for Nine painful years. I've spent so long searching and exorcising the hellish beasts that I'd started to lose hope, the faint light of hope I had slowly fading to nothingness. But now, I've got a lead...and my most precious traveling companion, Nemo.
Nemo is an odd sight to see. A creature of the night, he has the guise of a demon, but this is not so. He is genderless, but I've always found it fitting to refer to Nemo as a male. He is that of a ghostly wolf with no eyes. He glows an eerie cyan color and markings of bones on his body make him seem transparent.
He was once of no use to me. I wanted nothing to do with him, but he was persistant. He followed me around, sticking to the shadows, ever since I exorcised a demon near some odd facility.

~

The rain was coming down fiercely, pounding angrily on rooftops and cars like demons on the path of destruction. The ribbon around my neck seemed to burn my skin, the demon within me trying fiercely to release itself and break free, as the full moon gave it extraordinary power. Tonight being the haunted holiday of Halloween didn't help much either. I knew I had to resist though. I had a job to do here and I planned to finish it. There was rumors of odd demons that roamed around here that were rather, "well informed," as a 'friend' of mine put it. Hearing this, I thought perhaps I could find something that could point me in the right direction to where I could find someone or something to rid me of this curse. Unfortunately, having a demon inside me and being able to see the monstrosities does nothing to help me hunt them down.

Relying on instinct alone, I wandered to some odd adoption facility, or something of that sort. Patroling the back alleys, eyes scanning the area like that of a hunter, I noticed someone wandering about. It was a rather large, bulky man with enough muscle for five people my size, but I wasn't intimidated by something like that. Bringing the elegantly decorated cross, that dangled off a silver chain bracelet that hung on my wrist, into my palm, I stood with my back erect. Opening my mouth, I drew in a deep breath, eyes locked on the older male.

"Hey!" I shouted loudly, my voice echoing through the alley. The man slung around, his eyes fully blackened with glowing red pupils that shimmered menacingly the light, hatred swimming in their depths. I snickered a bit to myself, knowing I'd found one of the demons I was looking for. He was breathing heavily, like an animal infected with rabies. He hunched over, eyes focused on me before he charged, snarling and hissing, spitting out words in foreign tongues that I was sure were curses of some sort. I braced myself, eyes locked on him. I gribbed my cross tightly, muscles tense as he came closer and closer, his heavy footsteps making the ground shake.

"Die monster." I muttered under my breath. When the man came close enough, I jumped into the air with a strength that I wouldn't have had if it wouldn't have been a full moon. My body flung up over him, twisting into a backflip. As I past over his head, I thrust my hand forward, pushing the cross deep into his skin. The man wailed an inhuman wail and cringed in pain, holding his head. I could feel my eyes narrow at the sound, another sign of the demon inside of me going wild. I landed on the ground with perfect balance and spun around to face the possessed man once more. He was bent down, gripping his head and cursing once again. I took this opening and charged forward, shoving the cross into his back as hard as I could before jumping backward as the man tumbled to the ground. That was enough to extract the demon, but getting rid of it was another story.

From the man's back, the human's body remaining untouched, emerged a horrific looking monstrousity that resembled that of a stray cat with too much fur for it's own good. The creature had hair that hung down to it's feet and long, wide ears that hung against it's head. It looked at me and hissed, baring a vicious set of fangs at me. "Foolish human, I shall not bow down to the likes of you!" It snarled. I kept silent, glaring at the beast, gripping my cross. It was a stand-off now. Who would act first? Who would make the first move?

It was me, though, who didn't notice that we had a spectator. A spectator that really wanted to get involved apparently. From the stone wall shot a ghostly wolf, lunging at the demon and biting down on it's shoulder. Blood splattered from the creature's wound and the ghost wolf dropped down, growling at the creature. I wasn't sure if this thing was on anyone's side, but I wasn't taking any chances. I ignored the new creature and focused on my target. While the demon prepared the strike the other creature, I shot forward, holding the cross as if it were a dagger. I didn't expect to be slammed against the wall by the creature's large, clawed hand, and I winced when I hit the hard concrete of the ground. Struggling to get up to my feet, I found that I was bleeding rather harshly from my left arm. I averted my eyes from it, ignoring the pain. My vision was blurring in and out for a moment, but what I saw when I could see clearly surprised me. The ghost dog had attacked the creature viciously, biting it and scratching it almost as if...it were protecting me.

"Stupid mutt! I'll end you!" The demon hissed, swatting at it, but the ghost dog avoided his attacks expertly. For once, I could do nothing but watch like a stunned bystander. It wasn't until I heard a faint voice that I decided to get back into the action. "Move...move quickly..." something said in a whisper. I had to focus just to hear it. I came up behind the beast and slammed my cross into it's back while it was distracted with the ghost dog. "I banish thee back to the realms of Hell!" I yelled, the cross beginning to glow a bright cyan color that seemed to resonate with the ghost dog. The demon wailed again and tried to resist, but it wasn't long before the light consumed the creature before it disappeared completely. My cross still glowed for a moment longer once the creature was gone, but once the light faded, I heaved a content sigh.

The ghost dog stood infront of me now, staring at me, or at least, I thought it was. It took a step toward me and I narrowed my eyes. "Stay back." I said, holding out the cross. The ghoul gave it a curious look and stepped closer, but what it did surprised me. It didn't bite or scratch or try to claw out my throat. No, it leaned down and started to lick my wounds. I blinked at it curiously. "Who are you?" I asked.

"I am a being with no name. I do not exist to have such things. I have no purpose, so I wander." It whispered to me, it's voice soft, coaxing even. "You got rid of that demon. I thank you. I could not stand the energy it gave off. It was bothersome, but I could do nothing about it. I am now in your debt." It added. I was confused enough hearing this thing speak to me, but I felt the odd need to tell it to stay behind, as it didn't want to be in my debt.

"You shouldn't wish this. The road I take is not one you wish to follow, even if you are a ghost." I told it, getting to my feet. I noticed that my wound had slowly begun to heal rather quickly and shot the wolf another glance. "Thank you for your assistance, but really, you shouldn't follow." I said, walking off. I wasn't gulible enough to think that this creature would dismiss it just like that and leave me be. I wasn't wrong. The wolf followed me throughout the night, telling me how it wished to assist me. It persisted for hours it seemed. I knew demons were bad, but a persistant ghost wolf that possessed no threat at all seemed even worse.

"Fine! Do you really wish to travel with me that badly?" I asked, fed up with it asking me over and over again. The creature nodded. "Fine, but if you want to come with me, you have to have a name. I refuse to go around calling you 'ghost dog' or 'ghost wolf' whenever we need to work together." I explained. The wolf tilted its head to the side. "I don't know what my name is. I've never had one...at least, not that I can remember." it murmured. "Then that shall be your name." I said. "Nemo. It means no name." I dismissed him simply. With that, Nemo seemed to be in slightly higher spirits. "A name. I have a name." Nemo would whisper happily, floating to and fro. Oddly enough, that simple act made me smile a genuine, happy smile for the first time in six years.

~

It's been three years since that day and honestly, I'm glad I met Nemo. Not only can he sniff out the demons I seek to destroy, but he's awfully kind to me. The creature I'd once mistaken for a demon has become my most loyal companion and best friend. We've exorcised enough evil spirits to be ready to risk our lives for each other. I'm really glad to say that I've worn a smile more often that I ever have when I'm with Nemo, regardless of living as an outcast. I'd much rather live like I do now, with Nemo, than back at home with hateful parents any day. I hope that I never will have to part from my partner and hopefully, even when I do get rid of this demon inside me, I'll still have Nemo by my side.

Thinking of you wherever you are.
We pray for our sorrows to end,
And hope that our hearts will blend.
Now I will step forward to realize this wish.
And who knows?
Starting a new journey may not be so hard,
Or maybe it has already begun.
There are many worlds out there,
But they share the same sky,
One sky,
One destiny.

I have a quick question about Tracker #77. Could it possibly have an ability to exorcise ghosts? I have an idea brewing, although I'm not sure if this would be ok.
If not, could he perhaps be able to sense demons?

Tracker Dog Application Series 20

.: Name you'll give it :.
Vakooja
.: Nickname(s) :.
Vak, Ja, Koo
.: Meaning and Origin of Name :.
Finnish | "spook"

.: Reason why you want it :.
I'm going to be honest here. I'm not going to give you a "love at first sight!" story. I'm going to tell you how it really happened.

Whenever I see that the title has changed for the Tracker Dog Form, I immediately click on the topic from my bookmarks and scroll down to the adoption section. I was excited when I learned that it was a Halloween litter. However, upon seeing the Trackers, I was slightly surprised to see this series. The lineart edits on 76 and the completely new species of 77 attracted my attention, but I soon realized they were too "literally Halloween" for me, and I clicked away from the Tracker Dog Form.

Later on, I decided to take another look at the Trackers. Upon this second look, I saw Tracker 75. The dark colors invited me to observe more, and at first I though that he, too, was too "literal". However, after gazing at him for a few minutes, I began to see that he was not. He was Halloween-y, but at the same time... not Halloween-y. And I liked that.

After much contemplation, I decided that I would go for him. The first thing I did, before even thinking of a story, was try drawing him. I must say, he was quite difficult to draw, as I've never drawn a Tracker before, so my eraser got a good use. I kept drawing and erasing, drawing and erasing, until I had what looked like a decent picture.

Seeing the picture I drew made me fall in love with him more, as I realized how much fun he had been to draw. Then, a story began to come to me...

.: Will it be used in any kind of story? :.
Hopefully, when school gets quieter and my work load decreases. But I love to write short stories during lunch and whenever I have free time, and some of those will definitely feature Vak.

.: Describe its personality :.
A very quiet and self-absorbed Tracker. He prefers to be alone, but, quite unusually, he adores listening to others stories and going to historical places.

.: The Best Listener You'll Ever Meet :.
If you want someone to listen to you ramble on and on about your life and your history, Vak is the one. He has an unusual curiosity, as well as a knack, for history. He'll listen carefully, even to parts he doesn't quite understand, and try to process all the information he receives, figuring out the parts he doesn't understand. However, at the same time as having a knack for history, Vak has a bit of a weakness in other areas...

.: Scaredy Cat :.
Vak could be described as being a "thinker", not a "do-er". This is because Vak is scared of many things, including complete and utter darkness, water, and ants. Not a nature guy, that's for sure. Others may call these fears irrational, but Vak only knows that they scare him to near death, make his heart pound and his adrenaline rise, and make him want to remain indoors most of the time.

.: Sensitive :.
Vak takes everything everyone says, especially about him, very seriously. If he is insulted, Vak will take the comment to heart and sometimes, if the person is important enough to him, try to change to make them happy. Vak hates criticism, because it makes him feel like he's doing something horribly wrong.

.: Timid :.
Vak is very quiet and shy. Though his looks may deceive, Vak never tries to scare anyone, because he hates getting scared himself {though it happens quite often}. If judged by appearance, most would think of Vak as vicious or bold, but, alas, he is not.

.: Write an introduction for your Tracker :.
I always loved hearing great tales about history. But I never thought I'd be living one...

An empty land,
I knew the pathway like the back of my hand
I felt the earth
Beneath my feet,
Sat by the river and it made me complete
Oh, simple thing
Where have you gone?
I'm getting old and I need something to rely on
So tell me when
You're gonna let me in,
I'm getting tired and I need somewhere to begin

Tracker Dog Application Series 20
Username: Seal123
Tracker Dog you want: 75 #
Name you'll give it: Ajax
Nickname: Jax
Origin/Meaning: Greek Strong Warrior
Reason why you want it: His personality reminds me of my dog that passed and his designe is sutch a joy to draw, so diffrent and marvolous it's quite a wonder. I first had my eyes set on 77 but then decided 75 would be mutch mutch better.

Will it be used in any kind of story? Yes in my series Lonley Echoes (He'll be an experimentation W.A.R. created)
Describe its personality: A very quiet and self absorbed tracker, but quite unusually he loves listening to stories told by the older more experianced W.A.R. mutations. Though he doesn't have a mate he's quite content with were he is in his life now.

Write an introduction for your Tracker: Ajax gazed side to side, he must be getting closer to his new home now, the trees were growing more sparse.. He had been created in this W.A.R. facillity, but rasied in another. His crate rattled as the tuck drove faster down the long dirt road. It hit a bump and bounced, forcing Ajax's head to hit the side of his crate, he let a deep growl slide out of his throat. The truck pulled in through the W.A.R. gates and came to a halt. A human male slipped out of the driver's seat and came around to the bed of his truck. "Welcome home Jax," he smiled as he unlatched Ajax's crate. Under diffrent circumstances, Ajax would have leapt at the man, but decided against it and dashed off. He didn't stop to talk to anyone as he rocketed to the opposite edge of the W.A.R. grounds. There he found a small, green, beat up car. He growled and stalked around it, there seemed to be nothing there. He crept toward it and sniffed it's door, his nose barley touched the thin layer of dust forming across the surface. He sneazzed and trotted around to the other side. There was no door on this side, so he entered. The seats were quite confortable and would provide a nice place to stay till he was assigned a pack. As for now this was his home.

A little more on his personality and likes and dislikes:Ajax was a nonbiological organism created in a cell. He has no clue, who's genetic properties he posses, and no other mutation is willing to give him any info. Mocked for his looks, he resides alone in an abandonded car on the ouskirts of the W.A.R. grounds. With no luck for getting a mate or a single ally he has learned to rely on himself, thus giving a strong will and tons of self confidence. He does, however, absolutly adore listening to older Mutations, sutch as Hutch, Shade, and Zombie, tell stories of past battles and old foes. His favorite story is from Hutch, explaining the tale of a murderous wolf named Badger. His fighting ability is top notch and is feared by small pups. He also enjoys wandering around the abandoned buildings of the W.A.R. grounds, he finds the humans redundant for leaving their towering dens standing there, without any intention of returning.

{{ would it be possible for me to edit this out and put my form here? no offense to the others applying for 77 but cannot stand the same thing repeatedly, (I.e. The 4 forms for him posted straight after mine). So would I be able to? If not, I'll rid this page of this post }}

No, as it is similar to spamming.
All the forms end up be next to each other when I judge, so it would not effect your chances. ^^;

Username: [Ashwyn]

Spider's Gender: [Male]

A Quick Note:
[Originally I was planning on setting up some fancy pantsy form. But then, after looking closer at Spider and deciding what type of personality and thought process/part in the story, was, I realized that I should focus more on the story I could spend two hours making an incredible set-up, OR I could write an engaging and entertaining story that I'D enjoy reading and be proud of. I opted for the later, if that makes me lose points I understand, but I just wanted to make sure that you realized that I'm doing this BECAUSE I love Spider, not because I'm lazy. Maybe if I have extra time I'll make he set-up a little creepier, but I rather think I'll be focusing on the story instead.]

Spider's Personality:
.:The Lost Chronicles of Spider:. Basic Overview wrote:Essentially Spider is an insomniac with extremely violent tendencies. He hates everyone and everything and has a passionate hatred of Halloween -October 31st- He is considered clinically insane, schizophrenic with homicidal tendencies as well as a multiple personality disorder which is split into three unique personalities. Spider has actually acquired a taste for torture -in a way- and he always has servants, though slaves would likely be the more apt description, whom he keeps around to serve his every whim. Towards them he is a cold, calculated, and cruel master who thinks nothing of beating them into submission or violently attacking them to force them into obedience. He acquires these slaves on Halloween, where he selects them on the spot to run through his "maze" if they survive he makes them slaves, and if not....well, then he's had his fun already.

.:The Lost Chronicles of Spider:. Multiple Personalities wrote:Spider has three main "personalities" that manifest the most frequently. Its entirely possible that there are more but as of yet they haven't been documented OR reported. The first and main personality is what we have dubbed as "The Angel of Death".

~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~
☻The Angel of Death, or AOD as we call it for short, is the personality that tends to occur more frequently, this one focuses mainly on the battle of right and wrong and is something of a judge. When this personality is present Spider tends to sit straighter, and look down upon the slaves, and maze runners with a cooler and more detached air. Generally those battling in the maze do NOT either survive the maze and become slaves, or die within, typically AOD looks them over and selects, in a seemingly random fashion as no pattern has been determined as of yet, chooses one to live and one to die. The unfortunate one is then plastered to the ground with the webs and then methodically stabbed with Spider's claws until dead.
~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~

☻The Benevolent Judge, also known as TBJ. When Spider slips into this personality one would initially think it would be better than AOD, especially knowing that this one is known as "benevolent". However that is wretchedly far from the truth. TBJ is just as frightening as AOD, even if his approaches are much different from his emotionless counterpart. Towards his slaves Spider tends to be kind and attentive, a completely different animal from the one who plagues them normally. However, when his attitude is turned towards the poor souls in the maze he changes completely. Towards his servants TBJ is the benevolent judge, towards those in the maze? He's a vindictive and heartless hunter, stalking them down in his own personal version of justice. His method of....disposing of them, however, is a lot more gruesome. Stringing them up in a tree by a thin web he leaves them swaying in the wind for the rest of the terrified maze-runners to see.

~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~
☻The Lazy Psycho, TLP, is the third personality Spider slips seamlessly into. This one has a more relaxed view on the whole affair. Slaves are slaves, maze runners are maze runners, and Spider is Spider. He's the one who allows the maze runners to have their own fate....generally. One would generally believe that this is the best personality to interact with....they would be wrong. TLP is fine...until you set him off, and he gets set-off by the oddest things. One could be talking about the weather and mention....sun, or grass, and Spider would fly into a psychotic rage that included homicidal tendencies and screeching at everyone and everything that stood in his path.
~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~

A Bit of History:
Spider long ago lost his semblance of kindness and compassion. Turning towards the darkness and shadows he turned on any who attempted to connect with him, seeing them as enemies no matter their true intent. Always with Spider, since the day he was born, there was a battle within him. The battle of darkness and light. At first glance you would find it difficult to see any of the "light" in him but it existed, buried under his deceiving outer shell to blossom within his heart. For the first fifty years of his life Spider managed to stave off the darkness in his heart and live in the light with the aid of his much loved friend and partner Airi. One day she was travelling to meet him when she was jumped by a murderer who killed her. It was October 31st. When Spider learned of this he went berserk and lost all of his reasoning and common sense. Since that day he has dwelt in the realm of darkness and evil, he has actually gotten to the point where he is clinically insane and will attack, and kill, any creature who dares step foot in his domain without his leave. Actually this has become a serious issue and, since his maze and home can transport on a whim, there is a constant risk of being caught by Spider's menacing claws and dragged into his home.

Important Notes!

Setting:
Set in the world of Delthoria, a place where a plethora of bizarre creatures grow and flourish, its also known as "other earth". However the limitations that our earth has, in regard to abilities and the abnormal, are much lower on Delthoria, allowing for mysterious and almost "magical" occurrences. Its also allowed for strange creatures with myriads of types and colours to pop up.

The Situation:
The risk and danger Spider poses to society has become a more noticeable and tangible thing recently, his name is whispered throughout the land in fear and the citizens of Delthoria are constantly on edge with the fear that Spider and his devilish maze will appear in front of them. Especially with October 31'st swiftly approaching and reports of Spider becoming more restless. A small band of creatures, calling themselves 'The Resistance' have plotted to take down Spider once and for all. Yet as the day of their mission approaches fear is in the air and even The Resistance is feeling the anxiety and uncertainty.....

Characters:

The Resistance

Raoul (M) wrote:Image
Status: Leader of The Resistance

Brief Personality:
Rao is something of a brainiac. He comes up with all the elaborate plans for
The Resistance and organizes them. However Raoul doesn't like getting his paws dirty
and often bails out of the actual fighting or mission.
This is a fact that peeves his subordinates and causes some grumblings within the organization,
however Raoul's prowess with coming up with a plan has rendered him more or less untouchable
leaving his unhappy subordinates with little room for complaint.
Team One wrote:
Tamani (F) wrote:Image
Status: Raoul's right paw/team leader of squad one

Brief Personality:
Tamani is about as different from Raoul as they come.
For her its all about the thrill of the mission, she's a brilliant strategist
and her knack for noticing the most minute of details launched her
into something of a legendary status within the resistance. Her thirst
for dangerous situations made her an unsuitable candidate for leadership
though. Her best friend and captain is Valeda.
Valeda (F) wrote:Image
Status: Tamani's Captain, Head of defense

Brief Personality:
Where Tamani is rash, heading out into the most dangerous of situations, Valeda is cautious and careful. Stemming from her rather dark past Valeda's intuitive nature and knowledge of the inner workings of the criminal circles makes her the perfect head of defense. Her ability to project force-fields also helps.
Seraphina (F) wrote:Image
Status: Informant/Infiltrator

Brief Personality: N/A
Thorrin (M) wrote:Image
Status: 3rd member of Team 1.

Brief Personality:
Thorrin is quiet and introverted around those he doesn't know, however the instant the team needs him he comes alive. With a brilliant mind and excellent fighting abilities Thorrin rounds off Team One very nicely.

Team Two wrote:
Romulus (M) wrote:Image
Status: Leader of Team Two

Brief Personality: Romulus tends to opt for the strong,
silent-type aura. He pulls it off quite well actually. He's very...to the
point in a way. If the task is to go rescue an orphaned child he becomes
an almost single minded entity who's only concern is the outcome.
'the end will justify the means'. Likely the only exception to this rule, as well as
the one about putting distance between himself and everyone else, would
be Whisper. A fairly new addition to The Resistance and a very attractive
doe with a troubled past.
Whisper (F) wrote:Image
Status: Second in command to Team Two

Brief Personality: Whisper has slight issues with anxiety. Her brief relationship with the wrong buck caused an unwelcome pregnancy, and though she does not speak much about it its an obvious fact that it caused her a great deal of strife. Regardless of that she has an incredible intuition coupled with a dogged determination that makes her a valuable asset to the Resistance.

Alimeara (F) wrote:Image
Status: Fighter/Infiltration Specialist

Brief Personality: Alimeara is a fighter to the end.
She always was very good at fighting and its something she prides
herself on immensely. She's not very vocal about her opinions however
and absolutely adores Raoul. If he told her to jump she'd be the one to
ask "how high?"
Allucard (M) wrote:Image
Status: Former servant of Spider. Currently aiding the Resistance.

Brief Personality: Unknown

Did you happen to see my question, LCD?
Thinking of you wherever you are.
We pray for our sorrows to end,
And hope that our hearts will blend.
Now I will step forward to realize this wish.
And who knows?
Starting a new journey may not be so hard,
Or maybe it has already begun.
There are many worlds out there,
But they share the same sky,
One sky,
One destiny.

"Motherly"
Though she does not care for things often, those she does hold close to her heart she will love unconditionally and protect with her life.

have actually decided to break this story up into sections, this is partially due to time constraints, and also I don't want to write a whole novel if i don't get her. I'm having quite a bit of fun writing this. It will be a series of the horrors the group encounters wile inside the complex. Readers will only see the intro to this little series of horrors :B

Part 1: Entrance

[ This is what they have always warned of]
[ It was something that never should have been born ]
[ And by a fatal mistake it got out, a new species released unto the world ]

" And we're rolling in 3.... 2.... 1.... "

" An old rotting out laboratory just outside of Rochester Virginia. It is just a simple place. With Just a glance you will see nothing more than the crumbling buildings of this ruined place. The trees and vegetation are clearly taking over the area now. Even so this simple place is home to one of the worlds greatest mysteries. In one night more than half of the facilities staff just vanished, over 568 men and Women, gone, never to be seen again. Tonight my team and I will reopen this perplexing case, in an attempt to solve this perplexing mystery. What befell those poor souls that night, was it something sinister? Or foul play? We will find the answers."

"And CUT! Nice job Maddy!"

The mousy haired woman beamed at her 26 year old camera man. Both clearly pleased by her performance. Lynn could not help but let out a long winded sigh. These two were so oblivious, a great tragedy had taken place here. Many good men and women gone, in just a few hours, feared to be dead. She let her eyes drift to the crumbling shell of the nearest building. The others didn't know about her secret, they did not know about her mother....

She stood there for a few long moments deeply lost in her thoughts. A simple tap on her shoulder was enough to rock her back to reality.

" Yo, Lynn its time to get a move on, you ready?"

A light smile touched the dark haired woman's face as she turned to her companions.

" You were like sooo transfixed on that old building. Your face was all like OMG! This is soooo seriously scary!!"

Lynn half scowled at the little blonde who had spoken, she was a woman of science, and very little had ever and will ever scare her. She was about to reply that the blond should not try to pin her own fears on Lynn, when she was interrupted before even getting out the first syllable.

" No Alexis, I think her look was one more of longing, yah know, like she really wants tah get in there and discover the truth."

Lynn couln't help but smile at the young sound man next to her. From what she could recall from the day before his name was Eric, and the blond called Alexis thought of him as her property.

"Yeah, you got that just about right."

And it was some what true, she did want to discover, just not the same thing they did. She smiled again before addressing the 5 of the others.

""Well now shall we begin?"

"Sure,"

the once again smiling brown haired woman grabbed the hand of a rather dapper looking man, and took off in a light run towards the complex. dragging the poor guy along with her. The camera man loped off after the two, barely able to hide his laughter at the scene.

"Maddy don't kill Drew."
" Oh shut up Croy!"

was her faint reply, but she did slow down her pace just enough for the other man to get his footing and trot along beside of her. letting out another sigh Lynn followed the loud bunch.

"so much for a covert operation"

She mumbled under her breath. Her steps faltered slightly as two faint sentences drifted to her ears.

"Why is she like sooo weird?"
"Ah well yah know dem sciency types, they always so clinical and curt bout stuff like that."

Lynn gritted her teeth as a grimace touched her face, Im far from clinical,she huffed and continued on after the two others, determination brewing in her gullet to prove the others wrong.

It was not long before they were all congregated in the shadow of the old rotting skeleton they believed was once the main building. It seemed to be the most articulate. Long arching steal beams were a dead give away to large arching windows, and and almost completely glass front that once greeted visitors and staff that would frequent this place.

Alexis snorted as she shook a creeping vine from her boot.

"Eww do we really like have to go in there?"

"yeah"

"But! But! But! I like totally just got my hair done and these boots are designer!"

Lynn and two of the three men rolled their eyes at the comment. But Maddy looked at her friend with horror.

"Oh My Gosh No! You should have totally worn something else!"

"I would if i had like known."

" Your going to totally ruin them!"

"Yeah. its all this mucks fault!, Stupid nature i'm going to like totally cry."

"Its Such a tragedy."

Lynn sarcastically remarked as Alexis began to tear up.

"Like you like know anything about fashion"

Lynn opened her mouth a rude retort forming on her lips, but was once again interrupted by Eric. He moved quickly taking Alexis by the arm and holding her close. Lynn herd him coo that he would buy her a newer better more expensive pair once this little bit was done.

Lynn wrinkled her nose at the display of affection and instead turned her attention back to the building. Its doors were made of a rusting metal. With a steady hand she pushed slightly on the door, much to her surprise it opened with much ease. Swinging on hinges that seemed like they were oiled just yesterday. They sent a wave of musty dank air over the group, each began choking and gagging on the fowl odor.

Eyes streaming Lynn made her way into the building. The floor was littered with broken furniture, glass, and paper. Slowly she picked her way deeper in to the mess, calling out to the others to join her. the squeaks of displeasure from the other two girls were her assurance that they were in fact following her. Absent mindedly she listened to the 5 behind her set up for the next shooting. They would not need her for this part, and instead she took an interest in a large desk placed conveniently in the center of the room.

"And GO!"

" Here we are in the bowels of the Rochester lab."

Lynn moved a few papers on the desk, quickly scanning over them. All were calenders of events and experiments that happened in the lab.

" Who knows what may have happened to all those poor souls who dissipated in only a few hours?"

Finding nothing much of interest, the moved her attention to a nearby drawer, the tag was too faded to read. Shrugging she slowly opened it.

"What horrors happened here? What monster may have been created by their experiments?"

Cautiously Lynn reached her hand into the drawer, her fingers met something hard, and sticky. She grunted and attempted to pull her hand out of the drawer, but it was stuck fast to something.

" Crud.. hey guys.. i think I may need your help over here? "

"Why, yah found something?"

"No i'm stuck..."

" Stuck? on what?"

" I don't know.. something in a drawer.."

She herd a loud sigh and foot steps making their way towards her. she looked up to see the smiling faces of Eric and Croy, both clearly thinking her current position was hilarious.

" Just help me please"

"Sure, whatever you say, professor "

Lynn rolled her eyes as they grabbed her snugly around the waist, they tried lightly pulling her out, which ended in failure.

" huh, what yah think's in there? gorilla glue?"

" They didn't have gorilla glue back then "

"Ah shut up"

"Were going to have to pull harder, sorry Lynn, this may hurt."

Lynn nodded in reply, a few hard heaves later there was a stout POP! Lyns arm came free, and so did the thing holding her down, It was a bone, two bones in fact. Lynn's eyes widened as the recognized the double bones of the Radius and Ulna. but it was not them she was stuck to, a thick cotton-like webbing covered them both, keeping them forever locked together, and keeping Lynn's hand firmly stuck on their morbid side.

"What Is that?"

"I-I Think it's a web, a spider web..."

She found her eyes darting to the ceiling, and around the room, It was every were, the same sticky webbing that locked her hand to the bone covered the walls the ceiling. It glistened on the moonlight filtering down through the small holes in the ceiling and roof, beautiful and yet so sinister.

no normal spider could have crafted this she mentally noted her eyes falling on a strand about as big around as her arm, This is something different, something.. huge.......
