Color: Black
Secondary Color: (Color of the tips of the ears. the muzzle, chest. tip of tail, and paws) All black except the chest. I would like that white.

I don't think so because Softball may just be really busy or putting extra care into it, and if you change artists, what will happen to the corgi Softball was designing? You might want to try pming them on the progress or as a reminder!

Yeah I did that once and they said they were working on it, but they're an artist in a lot of different adoption agencies on cs and I'm afraid they bit off a bit more than they could chew

I'm using they pronouns bc I can't remember if they were female or male...)

Well, I'm using pronouns as well XD but I'll try to contact them and ask them if they would like me to do this corgi. If they say yes, I will notify you and and start immediately! :D
