Name: Juu
Character Thread: http://www.chickensmoothie.com/Forum/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=173910&start=0Breed/Species: Pearlino Coyote
Personality: Slightly Elitist; Indeed, Juu believes herself to be top notch and will not have you saying or thinking anything besides that. She will prove it every step of the way that she is the better fighter, defender, hunter, friend and, just about everything else a canine can do. As high and mighty as this may seem it is to a mild level and, so, she will not go around shoving in your face or behave overly arrogant. She just likes to show off a little.
Sophisticated; Despite, her pushy attitude and, being rather proud, this girl can be quite sophisticated when she is in a good mood. She will behave very prim and proper as if she were of royal blood but, in a way that is actually quite shockingly charming and oddly whimsical. As far in between as that is, it is like meeting a totally different dog or seeing a hidden side to this haughty little Coyote. It is a rare treat and many will come to enjoy it and wish she was this way more often but, alas, it is fleeting.
Extremely Proud; Juu is a bit of a snob and, this is really due to her mother telling her that her breed is one of the finest because, it is one of the rarest. Filled with such talk throughout her life, she has quite the high horse complex--thinking she is just about the best thing to ever walk the earth. She will have no qualms about turning her nose up at you or looking down at you with those sea foam green eyes and flip her tail at you. As bad as this seems, it is only somtimes to a vomit inducing level and so, it can be easily ignored or just accepted because...well, it is who she is and, she's not about to change.
Mildly Abrasive; Ah, when she is being challenged about her right to be as she is, and, believing herself better than everyone else or that just because, she is a loner doesn't mean she must be treated like one of the common town dogs she sees so much around her homeland, she can and will be very abrasive. She will have no problem using her tongue to speak to you with harsh or hurtful words or using her gestures to make you feel like you are lower than dirt. As course as this comes across, she is not aggressive in her abrasiveness but, take a very mild approach and so it is doubtful she will really deeply offend anyone.
A Little Manipulative; At times, when she feels she is not getting her way or feels as if she is being wronged somehow, she will become manipulative--trying to change the situation around to fit her needs so she can get the reaction, effect, or item she desires. She may often use her bodily charms and her beauty to get her way with males and she will use her wit and cunning with females. She will rarely stoop so low as to manipulate a young wolf. As bad as this seems, her manipulative skills are so untrained that most of the time her methods don't really work and if they do, she doesn't often get the reaction she was hoping for. Very rarely does her method work and she gets the desired result.
Other:
A Brief Summary; When Juu was born, she was born alone. This was unusual for her mother, who had had more than one in previous litters, but even before little Juu opened her eyes, she knew she was special. Over the period in which she grew, her mother closely guarded her cub, preserving her for as long as she could against the elements, and civilization even of their own kind. Juu was brought up in a childhood steeped in legends and myths, of which her mother read her each night. Her mother, a slender Coy named Fable, had a fascination with myths and wished her daughter to be aware of them. Juu bore the name of the Coyote-In-The-Stars, a brave female that ran from human hunters and into the sky as a constellation.
Throughout her younger years, Juu found that her upbringing had lead to her prefering to be alone, and isolated herself through choice. She knew that many pitied her as she appeared to have no companions, but Juu would not waste her energy correcting them, she just passed them by.
That's how she remains now, content in her own world unless it involves herself in some way, but this Coyote is not selfish, it's just the way she is.
Likes; Peace, beautiful landscapes, snow and trees.
Why? Juu has a passion for trees. She believes them all to posses a spirit, and she feels somehow connected. The trees stand in their silence, not communicating but appearing perfectly happy to continue as such, growing into breathtakingly intricate beings. A bit like her, really, she feels.
Dislikes; Talking, unnecassary communication, the ocean.
Why? Juu is afraid of the ocean. Though she'd never admit it, it's vastness and resounding confidence threatens her, and she dislikes it greatly for this. It's too deep, so unknowing and immense- she feels tiny next to it, an emotion she is constantly at war with.
My finished form. I have totally fallen in love with her <3
