Question, Spotty:
I had an idea that a (common) Smili had a chance encounter involving fruit falling on top of their kill and splattering the meat with juice. After eating this meal, they found that they liked this mix and started experimenting, squishing fallen fruit or a mouthful of berries over the meat to get the juice "mixed" in. Now, would this be possible, and would they be able to enjoy it? I know certain species of animals don't quite have the same taste bud structure as ours, and I know regular housecats aren't entirely fond of sweet things (but tell that to my own animals). However, I'm just not sure with Smilis. Help?

Lirrie, I never responded to this, so I thought I'd might as well now. It's a lovely piece of art, Tru did a really good job.

-3B-, as far as I remember I never put any restrictions in if smili should like fruit or not. It's a very imagenative idea, to be sure, but it shouldn't be impossible for a smili to be intrested in exploring combinations of taste. Mostly I figure them being quite unamused by the taste of their food, just devouring any food they come by. But, it's not impossible and quite interesting.

Snickers.doodle, i's beautiful. She looks so cute. I think her front dew claw/thumbs might be missing though. But I don't think I had them on the old linearts so you can pretty much chose for yourself if you want to add them or not^^.

Alright, thanks! I always figured them "carnivorous unless necessary", but that's simply my interpretation. ^.^;; I'll see where it takes me!

You got me thinking about the movie Ratatouille for some reason. An animal gains an interest for cooking aginst all odds^^.

Spotty, do you think a Smili could feel regret for killing? I am sorting out Lantanas life and I had the idea of her keeping the skulls of all the animals she killed due to regretting them having to die for her to live. Is that possible?
Having serious issues viewing dark colours at the moment. May delay replys to pms. Sorry.

The Leopard Pups
Grey, Black and White. The world revolves and we go with it. Twisting in this everlasting monotony, eyes of green and gold, watching and waiting for our chance, our time. Cytor, Liliana, Serenade, Bayonet, the Prankster, the sweet one, the mother and the lost soul. There birth was a lost event, one in a million, two wandering souls met in the shadows, and these four were created. There pups are the stuff of legend, one lost there sight, one lost there path, one lost there love and the other? The other lost his family, everyone they cared about. He lost his family.

Collecting skulls out of regret? It sounds somewhat mentally unstable for a smili, since they are predators, but I don't mind, from a smili-correctness point of view. It sounds like a intresting story at least^^.

Updated with the winners of the last round at PoH. New owners, if you want anything to be added, like relationship status, do tell me^^.

There is still one smili left at PoH in case anyone is intrested in adopting it^^.
