Reference: he is a cat with black fur, though he has two lines going down his body of rainbow, starting at the head with red and going down to his tail with a cool violet blue, a little like this but with wings

Tongue color: yellow
Ear color(inside of ears): red

Other: could he have wings ?

I also cannot do wings unless they are like my oc's. Also, I cannot make colors fade into each other.
