Mousewhisker's Entry for the Tiger Durp Kit

Name: Golden Luck
Gender: Male
History:
Golden Luck was a strange little kit. He was born with stripes and fur like a tiger. His mother was outraged at this and was always could to her son. Golden Luck didn't notice since his father always fourced her to take care of him. The other kits were shocked at there moms treatment to there brother. They saw nothign wrong with him. So what if he had stripes and looked like a tiger. It was a unique quality about him. His brothers and sisters always try'd to make him cheery and happy. As Golden Luck got older, his moms hatrid grew more and more. Soon she took all of her other kits and moved to a cage away from him. His father was outraged and left his mother taking 2 of his brothers and sisters with him. Being 1 out of 8 kits, he new that there was only 5 of his sisters and brothers left and they were trapped in a cage away from him.

Soon human arrived. Golden Luck was so excited, this would be his chance to be loved by someone. Hours passed, then days, then weeks and soon all of his brothers and sisters were adopted. Even his mom had been adopted.Golden Luck hated himself for looking the way he did. It was his fault no one loved him. It was his fault his looked like this. Leaving, he wondered around. Golden Luck began wondering why he was named this, he wasn't lucky at all. As he wondered he found his dad. Asking himwhy he was named this his dad responds. "You were named Golden Luck because we were lucky to have you. When you were born, we thought you weren't going to survive. You were frail and tiny, and bearly alive. We hoped and hoped that you would make it. A few days later you got healthy and strong. You orange coat was golden in the sunlight and we were lucky to have you." His dad explains. "Thats why you were named Golden Luck."

Golden Luck was happier now that he knew what his name meant. His luck began to change. Golden Luck was found and taken to an adoption center called Durp Kits. He loved it there. Everyone was so nice and kind, and there were all of these great cats to talk to. Golden Luck didn't even mind he wasn't the first to get adopted, he was just glad that he finally got to be adopted. Golden Luck was finally happy and at home.
