Octo is the primary judge, but she does ask for help when needed. :3 But she judges most everything herself, because she's awesome like that. XD

Wow, Octo. My appreciation for you just rose even more. I'm so excited for the code drop. It'll be an excellent birthday present if I get him, considering my birthday is the eighth, tomorrow. I'm also very happy to have PM'd his previous owner regarding his adoption. It wasn't a requirement, but it seemed like the nice and proper thing to do. They're rooting for me! 8D Anyways, I'll be ending my spam with a good luck to everyone and my love going out to Ninja.
