Name: Eachann
Species: Horse - Thoroughbred
Kennel Number: 21
Why would you like this character/What will you do for this character?: I would really like another horse character (I currently have a draft mare), and he has the perfect coloring. I love dark burgundy colors, and having his with the dapple and black dun markings -- he's handsome! It's also great that he's a stallion. I've been using my mare, and I've always wanted a stallion charrie. He'll have a home on my charrie thread, with many other charries of mine. I plan on offering breedings w/ other's mares on my stud thread so he can become a father... I think he'd make pretty foals. (:
Personality: Eachann is a calm, confident stallion. He has no intentions of hurting another horse. He, however, is a bit impatient and will get mad if you do something annoying. He is not afraid to put you in your place in the herd.
He enjoys the company of others, but is perfectly fine listening in to a conversation, on being alone, grazing. He has a hard time emotionally attatching himself to others -- but he's hard at work to fix his "coldness". He also, for some reason, like to eat clay (along with bark). I guess he thinks it tastes good....
As a stud, he is usually around plenty of mares, knowing when to "get to it", and other times, enjoys the mare's company. He is a show-off, of course. He likes to trot, or strut, as he calls it, throw his head, rear, and slide-stop to impress his mares. And when he "gets to it", he wants no human or other horse intervention, and he likes doing his "job" in private. He can take care of it himself, and thinks this action is an act of appreciation and affection, and deserves to be between only him and the mare.
He is a very pleasant stallion to be around when he's with mares he likes, and with people he likes. He enjoys it when people groom him, give him treats (peppermints especially), and give him belly rubs.
History:Eachann was born on a large racing farm, where horses are born and bred to run. Eachann was trained, as usual, at a young age. he won his first three races, and won many more races after that. He never became a champion of any "big" race, and was becoming older, thus being retired by his owners. He recieved a cannon bone injury soon after his retirement, but that did not stop him from becoming a champion-producing sire.
Today, he lives where he was born, Meadows High Equestrian Center. He has sired, as stated before, countless champions, and sees them frequently at his barn. He still has not, however, found a mate.
