Yes thats perfectly okay, especially since its a contest.

You can get pets on other artist's wishlists, and rares & very rares do not have any limit; they can be non-WL.
Also, for people who find it difficult to get rares+ there will occassionaly be contests where you do not have to pay, as well as free tumblys. Just wait and see. ;)

Personality: Matzi is a ball of eternal energy. Whenever she is awake she is always bouncing off the walls and looking for something fun to do. She is incredibly curious and often gets her nose into sticky situations, but she always manages to get out of it somehow. She's got a hypnotically adorable wide-eyed stare that she uses to get out of trouble when she makes mistakes, usually just one look is enough to distract anyone into letting her run away. Matzi's energy usually lasts anywhere from two days to four weeks, and she will zoom around without sleeping for that amount of time. When her energy runs out however, and this is usually quite sudden, she falls asleep right where she is and cannot be woken for days. Her record is sleeping for two months and five days straight. Quite often she falls asleep at the height of her energy.

Currently, only Jet Wind's breeding form has been accepted, and they provided a quote and a note saying 'on page 21' (which I would say is similar to providing a link), which I saw and was fine with. You can google how, but if its on a Windows PC, it should be: press F12 and then paste (ctrl+V) it into photoshop or Paint, and save as a png/jpg and upload to Photobucket. Otherwise, get Meku to post on the fanclub. I'm sorry that it seems like such a hassle, but it is very simple and is the rules. :)
