Nobody's on the chat so I'll ask here.

I'm a bit confused weather or not customs is open and how much they cost. Could anyone help me please?

We actually don't do customs. We used to, but we have since stopped. So, no, customs are not open, since there are no customs.

EDIT: I think I just figured out what confused you. Sometimes we do auctions for customs. As for that stuff...I have no clue, as Triple was supposed to take care of that, so I have no idea what's going on with it. But, as for just buying a random custom, no we don't do that. Auctioning custom packages, that happens every-so-often.
