I like Monday. That way you still have all day Sunday to finish forms. Plus people have school/work on Monday, and most people (or maybe its just me) wouldn't be able to work on forms much on Monday's anyway. I would trade Mondays for Sundays. x3 Also, Monday is the most dreaded day of the week for me, and a code drop would be something for me to look forward to on such a day. Haha.
