Traffic only has 50ç and cannot get a daisy
Sorry, you didn't successfully buy a daisy earlier (they cost 60ç), and also that permission isn't valid - I'd need a link or screenshot, and also for SmirkingSheep to say that you can breed that tumbly in particular.

You also need to provide a link/screenshot of permission - don't get Meku to post here, though, I sometimes miss things like that.

Does that [the new rule] also count for breeding?
No, you can get as many pups through breeding and it will not affect your weekly pup-application limit.
