I'm moving my form for Chancellor from page 20 to here ^^ I figured that with the background I have in mind for him it was
unlikely that he'd encounter Hugo and Tequila in an auction, much less a public one. Now he won't be mingling his story with theirs, at least not this story :3

Use: Much like Hugo, I would draw Chancellor all the time. His name intrigues me. Why would a pony have this name, and why would it fit so well in his previous home? I'd love to explore his personality to find out. Is he snobby and holds himself with pride and perhaps a touch of arrogance? Or is his name ironic, and he enjoys breaking rules and wreaking havoc everywhere? It would be wonderful to feel my way into the world of Chancellor and discover his quirks and habits. To me, the name suggests that Chancellor is haughty and uptight, with a snooty attitude who doesn't like being bossed around. Hopefully I'll be able to look into that more in the future.
Why I want him: I love New Forest ponies. Whenever I am in England I pester my grandparents to drive me there so we can camp. I love the shaggy little ponies who sneak into peoples' tents and steal food then disappear, leaving onlookers laughing as they watch the pony trot off with his prize. Last time I was there a pony stole a loaf of bread. I think it's amazing that so many ponies are scattered over the land, in little herds. They're so beautiful and tough, and clever too. I like to find a patch of land with a couple of ponies kicking about, and if I sit still long enough, they'll come over to investigate. The mares with their gorgeous foals, and the geldings. I've never seen a stallion. Wrong time of year. They're all so free and wild, even if they're only semi-feral.
