I feel sort of bad doing this... but you have another mistake on your breeding form. Well, at least one. The first colour for the base is off. It's showing a sort of black-ish red colour for me instead of green like it should. Maybe I should make a video showing how I fill out breeding forms or something... I'm sorry that it's so difficult.
