Tracker Dog Application Series 9Username:uqtubee
Tracker Dog you want:28
Name you'll give it:Vasiliki
Meaning of Name:Basil or Basilk in Greek, and Basilk was a venomous spider in a video game called Fate, hence why I like the name :3
Reason why you want it:The tracker is very creepy...but I'm oddly attracted to it. Possibly the creepiest or not, I somehow find it as creepy as you but also semi-cute in some way. It's weird how these things come about to me, but anyway. I am to be writing a novel with a friend, and we've been scouting for another main character to appear in it. This tracker seems well-fitting to the type of character we've been looking for, but I'm sure I'll keep trying for another tracker each series if I don't win her.
Will it be used in any kind of story?Yes, certainly. I'm sure it will be used in that of sorts.
Describe its personality:Loyal, but fierce. . . Though she doesn't seem the fiercest type, Vasiliki's fierceness is a type of bravery to defend her owner and the place she is in for the good of it, but she is also loyal to the orders that are the right ones from her owner.
Smart and sensible. . . Something about her sensible attitude also made Vasiliki very intelligent to some extent. She's sensible on what's right, and what's wrong, somehow just knowing this. Her intelligence not only connects to her training but to this sensible, yet flawed, nature in her.
Powerful, but cautious. . . Vasiliki, due to her intelligence and sensibleness, is cautious to use the toxins she holds. She waits until she has targeted the enemy and is sure to get a good shot. She doesn't have to be completely sure, only sure enough she isn't going to accidentally hit an innocent pedestrian or her owner.
Write an introduction for your Tracker:>>;Meeting VasilikiI met the tracker Nex has decided to assign me today. Vasiliki is her name she goes by. It's meaning Basilk in Greek. The meeting went well, she was calm yet excited to meet me at the same time. She was courteous to me in a polite way, listening to my commands with quick obedience. I sense intelligence in her, a high amount of it. Never had I sensed such level of it, and I am humbled by its grace and generosity. Nex tells me to keep an antidote at my side at all times. Note taken in my mind, I'm sure it'll be remembered. I'll jot it down in my notes anyway just to make sure I won't forget it..
She has a creepy yet attractive look about her, I don't know why it appeals to me. Nex says she was an experiment, and, became possibly the creepiest Tracker of all time. Though creepy, there are some great values in her. It doesn't shock or surprise me to know this, though. I find her a lovely tracker. For the next few days, I'll be testing her out on four select missions. Whether she does well or fails is still unknown to me, but I do believe she will do well. Sleep is imminent now for my own good.
>Begin Mission IThe first mission actually went well. I am impressed by Vasiliki's fair speed and good stamina, as well as her bravery. We were on a mission to take down a criminal that was on the loose for this test. She kept up after him very well, and I was at her side. She is going to make a great dog, I can already tell. I'm quite happy with the results. Hardly did she huff at all when the test was over, so I tended to her by feeding and watering her. She was content for this, even pleased.
However, I'm still increasingly impressed by the shots of toxin she took with magnificent aim, which took down the enemy. It was a small dose to paralyze, but I'm sure for the last test it may become lethal. Whatever the case, this "Basilk" has certainly done well so far. The name even fits, if she chucks toxin like that, she very well is a Basilk in the making. .Without the
fangs, of course, but she could probably still do some damage with those teeth of hers.
>Begin Mission III do believe I'm even more impressed than yesterday. She progressed even more from the experience gained yesterday. It was another criminal like yesterday, but this time armed with minor weaponry. Vasiliki got down to the job immediately and put all her focus to chasing him and following my commands. I have spotted how obedient to my commands she is, and I am surprised. You'd honestly thing most extraordinary dogs like these would be stubborn to their owner's commands, but not this one.
She merely paralyzed the enemy easily again. I can tell this part isn't much of a problem to her at all either, nor does it deplete energy. I fed her a little bit more than yesterday to assure the toxins will work well like it should. I did it also just to be sure she was getting enough of her fill to eat. It makes me feel a little self-conscious but I think I did the right thing. Since. . .she ate it all. I guess I should keep how much food she gets to a minimum so she stays fit and healthy. I'll jot down what I calculate as a normal for this one tomorrow. Her third mission is tomorrow, too. I'm nervous, but finding myself increasingly curious. . .I'll just have to wait for it though. This is going to be a long night.
>Mission IIII'm awed by such fierce bravery Vasiliki has shown today, as well as the precise aim that has a good amount of accuracy in it. The criminal this time was quick on his feet, and armed with some fairly good weaponry. This test had us running every which way, but Vasiliki pushed on with courage of a hero. She shot a little more toxin than usual, probably due to the danger this one was of, but it was only enough to paralyze once again. That's normal, but tomorrow I am making the test a much higher level, one where the toxin may prove lethal.
I may be taking a risk to do this, but I just need to be sure this is a good Tracker. I think. . .I think the performance may leave me in pure awe. Or I may just be having a statistic lack of sleep that shows, but this dog is already important to me. Anyway, I've measured the perfect size of food to feed her during her three meal-times. She enjoyed it to a great extent, and I feel it is a great thing to have achieved this. She made a little dog-smile at me that made me so happy inside. Honestly, she's a good dog. . .maybe even the greatest dog I've had yet in my life.
>Begin Mission IV||Ending StatementThe last mission left me in shock rather than pure awe. The criminal, the final test, was of good speed, stamina, and high-tech weaponry. However, Vasiliki was up to every little speck of it. I am not ashamed to say today she chased this one down like a true Tracker dog should, with a heart bigger than her whole self. And I am not ashamed to say she saved my life today when I nearly fell off one of the buildings by grabbing my shirt collar and lifting me back up carefully. I feel it was something of great loyalty she has for me as well as her respect. But it is I that I feel owes her respect. My estimation was right about the toxins; it proved to be lethal on this one. She chased him down until we cornered him and shot the toxins in perfect precision. She was panting this time. I fed her and let her cool off back at my house when we returned home.
This dog may be the most creepiest Tracker dog around, but I'm humbled to say she isn't creepy at all. She is, however, a mere aspect of loyalty as well as bravery. She's cautious of her aim with the toxins, and I haven't really had to use an antidote yet. Nothing went wrong, except for my near-death experience but I was saved by my own Tracker dog. . .She's resting now, like she deserves. I think I'll be letting her rest tomorrow for the day and we'll get back to work after tomorrow. Like I said, she honestly deserves in my eyes. Vasiliki proved herself today, and it's something I can say I'm very grateful for in that sensible deed of saving a life. You could almost say that, today, Vasiliki set some kind of example for the younger Trackers. .
>End MissionI can't believe I did that in one hour. xP
