Tracker Dog you want:
Pound #1.
Name you'll give it:
Twilight.
Why Twilight?
His name came easily to me, in fact, as easy as a river flows. I know he's male, but Twilight just seems to fit! His dark blue that slowly fades to a lighter one reminds me of twilight, and the golden zebra-like stripes reminds me of the sun breaking over the horizon.
Nickname:
Lock. His golden stripes remind me of a golden lock.
Twi, a shortened version of Twilight.
Gender:
Male.
Reason why you want it:
Such a beautiful Tracker, who ever would give him up? I hope to give this Tracker a wonderful new home where he'll be comfortable and always feel loved. I love his design, it's so alluring. The dark blues remind me of twilight, as I said before, but also of the ocean. The way the dark blue waves crash against the shore, leaving light blue/white foamy bubbles. And the gold marks! They look like zebra stripes, one of my favorite animals. His personality-wow, so many ideas popped out at me. He likes crowded cities, so he would be comfortable in the nice home in the city that Landon currently resides in. Since I first saw him in the Pound, I was off and on for a while. Finally, pressing my chances, I decided to go for him. Now enough stating the obvious, I love this Tracker through and through. His personality, his design, and everything about me is alluring to me.
Will it be used in any kind of story?
Yes, once I find time. With NaNoWriMo approching fast, I have much planning to do and writing during November, so I will eventually.
Describe its personality:
.:.Stubborn.:.
Twilight doesn't let anything get through to him, it takes a bunch of effort for Landon to get an order through his head. He likes to do things his way and he won't let anyone push him around. Another reason his nickname is Lock is because his mind gets locked into place and he won't let anyone change it.
.:.Proud.:.
He's confident in himself and he loves what he does. Even though he's self confident, he's very down-to-Earth. Lock stands up for what he believes is right and won't let anyone tell him different. Though, he does give it a second thought if Landon gives him a good enough reason to.
.:.Self-confident.:.
Twilight walks around with his chin held high. He doesn't let anyone see him hurt, and he puts his heart and soul into what he loves. He has faith in what he does and he never lets anyone question him, if they do...well, let's just say he won't like you for very long.
.:.Headstrong.:.
Lock doesn't give up easily, he's determined to fight for whatever he's trying to do at the time. He will not take the easy way out, even if he is lazing at home. He will not go down without a fight.
.:.Hard Worker.:.
Lock is a very hard worker, he knows he has to get the job done and do it right. He's the kind of worker that loves what he does and will work until Landon drags him home.

About Landon wrote:Landon Hart.
Personality:
Landon's personality isn't very...pleasant. He's hot-headed, easily set off. It's easy to upset and annoy him, not to mention discourage. He's known to yell and curse a lot, but that's mostly to hide that he's really insecure. He's afraid of having his heart broken again so he pushes everyone away, afraid to let anyone close. He doesn't like to have strings attached, and that makes him very anti-social. He would rather hang out in his room all day listening to music and painting then be out with his friends. Another thing about Landon, he's very insecure. He's not sure about himself anymore and he tries to hide everything from others. He doesn't want people to see how cracked his armor really is because he doesn't want people to try and get close, only to hurt him. Once you get to know him, he's actually quite humble and open minded. He's not very...friendly. He's very violent, actually, and doesn't like people fussing over him.
Apperance:
Standing at five six, he's a pretty average. He had slightly shaggy brown hair and brown eyes that are the color of melted chocolate. He's a bit on the skinny side, and his legs and arms are quite long.
Occupation:
Landon works at the police station in the city of New York, keeping the town safe at night.
Reason Why Landon Wants Twilight:
He's always wanted a dog, one to play with at home and to help him keep New York safe at night. When he heard of Trackers, he thought that it would be perfect to have one.Landon was esscorted towards the back of the Lab where the Pound Trackers were. He had been told the new litter had already been adopted to owners, but there was still one Tracker here. He walked silently, his footsteps echoing throughout the hallway. When he got there, he located the Tracker quickly. He peered into the cage, eyes traveling over the blue and gold Tracker. The Tracker looked bored, and glanced at Landon for onyl a second before staring at the large cage's wall again. "Hm, he kind of acts like me...He's a very dark blue, he would blend in perfectly at night...How would you like to come with me?"
The Tracker's eyes settled on Landon and he snorted.
"I'm taking that as a yes." Landon chuckled.
Likes:
Night.
Looking up at the stars through the window.
Car rides.
Grilled chicken.
Watching tv.
Running around the house.
Warm blankets.
Night.
The cool night air feels magnificent on Twilight's soft blue fur. He's walking with Landon down the street calmly, the darkness hiding his small body. He felt safe with the darkness covering him like a blanket, he felt...content.
Looking up at the stars through the window.
The twinkling of stars catches Twilight's gaze through the window as he tries to drift to sleep. It's their night off and he loves to spend the night staring up at the stars till twilight comes around and washes them out of sight.
Car rides.
Twilight's head was stuck out the window, watching the cars go by. He loved the feel of the wind russling his short fur, it was soothing and he liked it.
Grilled chicken.
Landon's not sure why he likes grilled chicken.
Watching tv.
Twilight was amused by the violent things that Landon watched, the colorful shapes moving around on the screen kept him entertained and out of trouble.
Running around the house.
What Tracker doesn't like running around a house?
Warm blankets.
Twilight, with his short fur and Landon keeping the house cold, enjoyed a cozy, warm blanket to snuggle under.
Dislikes:
Other Trackers.
Snow.
Baths.
Canned dog food.
Other Trackers.
Twilight doesn't enjoy the company of other Trackers. He likes to have Landon all to himself after his old owner gave him to the Pound. When other Trackers are around, he'll be distant and growl if they come to close.
Snow.
Even thought Twilight's paws are hard as rock, he doesn't like the way the snow makes them cold and frozen. He hates how when he walks on it, it crunches under him and makes him sink.
Baths.
He hates water in his ears.
Canned dog food.
Landon's not really sure why he won't eat it.
Write an introduction for your Tracker:
Twilight ran through the crowded side walk, dashing to and fro through people. Thanks to his smaller size, this was easy. Landon, on the other hand, was having diffculty keeping his eyes on the Tracker. But it didn't matter much, he knew Twilight would catch the thief that ran off with an old lady's purse. As much as he didn't like trusting others, he trusted Twilight.
Suddenly, Landon heard Twilight bark, and he knew the chase was over. He kept running and finally emerdged from the crowd, walking across the small area where people gave them room. He walked over to Twilight, whom was perched on the small man's back. The Tracker barked at Landon, his tail wagging.
"Good job, Lock," Landon praised, rubbing the Tracker's head for a moment.
"Down boy." Landon said. Twilight walked off the man and Landon used his handcuffs on the man, arresting him. "You're under arrest, you have the rights to remain silent as anything you say will be used against you." He said to the man. His voice was calm, practiced. Them, with one hand holding onto the man, pressed the button on the walky talky. "Officer Hart here, I've caught the theif. Send around a cop car."
Landon yawned as he hung up his hat and a few other things. He took the Canine Police Force outfit off of Twilight and hung it up, too. "Ready to go home, Twi?" He hummed as he walked towards the exit of the building. Twilight barked as a response and followed him, walking out the door that Landon held open for him.
Landon stopped the car in his driveway and got out, keys in his hand. He closed the door and opened Twilight's side, letting the Tracker out. They walked together towards the house. Twilight felt uneasy, his fur prickling slightly. Landon unlocked the door and smiled at Twilight, "What's the matter, Lock?" He asked, raising a cool eyebrow. He opened the door and had only a split second to notice the string attached to it. He cursed loudly and covered his shoulder where the bullet had shot him. Twilight was growling and looking around, his nose high in the air. He knew where the intruder was.
Landon slid down the wall, holding his heavily bleeding shoulder. "Go find the chocolate, Twi," He muttered softly. That was their code words for "go get the criminal."
Whoever was there was about to regret coming in their home.
Twilight raced towards the bedroom, growling and barking up at the man that smelled like gun powder. He jumped up on him and tackled him to the ground, biting into his arm to keep him there. The intruder yelped and tried to get the Tracker off of him, but he wouldn't budge.
After Landon had gotten over the shock of being shot, he quickly got up and carefully made his way to where Twilight was. "You're under arrest, you have the rights to remain silent." He said before telling Twilight to get down off the man. Twilight released the man's arm, slowly inching off him. Landon took the handcuffs from around his waist and cuffed the man.
He then pulled out his cell phone, "Hey, Bill...You need to come down to my place quickly, and bring a cop car and a doctor...okay? Just hurry." He murmured softly.
"Twi, can you go get the First-Aid Kit from in the bathroom?" Landon said to his Tracker.
Twilight, still growling at the man on the floor, trotted off. He came back dragging the medical kid. Landon opened it with his good arm and tried to stop the bleeding in his arm as he waited for medical and poilce help.
Soon they came and took the hand cuffed man away. Then they patched up Landon and checked to make sure Twilight was okay. Then they took their leave with Landon lying on the couch, Twilight on the floor next to him, both of them watching some violent cartoons.
"Thanks, Twi, I probably would of bled to death if not for you, my amazing little Pound Tracker."
