Well, you kind of... Can? In a way? If you breed your ButterFish, when you have them, you get to reserve one from that litter, or two if you pay eighty blossoms. This is what Froggie1 did. Or, with fcfs clutches, its first come first serve. You've won just gotta be there. Or you can order a custom, after getting some blossoms. c:

It doesn't just have to be chicken dollars. You can tra pets, too. There's a list on the front page, the post about Blossoms. That's where you can find out what you'll get for certain rarities and dates.
