A large golden bird soared in the sky looking for its next prey. It spotted a small green squirrel, talons glinting, it swooped down after the squirrel. It squeeled and jumped into the leaves just in time but lost its balance, falling falling BAM!

When he wakes up a smiling face stares at him, will he stay or go?

Extra;; Icy's favorite food, or a better description would be dessert, is ice cream because it reminds him of his name and with all the different flavors, it's hard to get bored of it. He has a short temper, although he can be friendly to those we deserve his trust, and at the moment that number is zero. If anyone ever does earn his trust, he'll be your kindest friend, always being there to talk to and to lend a shoulder to cry on. He doesn't get along well with other pixel squirrels and prefers humans better. He doesn't like arrogant pixel squirrels, bratty baby pixel squirrels, or loud noises. Icy is currently suffering in the pound, thinking no one loves him. He started out alone, found someone who cared about him, before they broke his heart. How did they do this? Read on to find out.

Icy was born in the middle of December, the coldest month of the year. His mother died giving birth to a litter of three, but he was the sole survivor. He remember nothing of her, but sometimes he dreams that she's still with him. He wasn't alone, though. He still had his father to care about. The only problem? He left before he was born.

As the days grew colder and with no food or water, survival seemed impossible to the young pixel squirrel. In the end, he crawled up a tree and huddled into the hole of an abandoned pixel squirrel. Several days later, and on the verge of death, a lone scientist found him and took him in. She nursed him back to health and they lived peacefully for many years. That was until another pixel squirrel came. He was mean and arrogant. He was pure red and thought he was the boss of everything. Icy's owner adored him and thought him to be a little angel, so several days later he escaped into the wilderness.

It was the middle of spring, so he had no trouble finding food and water. Some of the squirrels were friendly on the way, offering bits and pieces of advice, although many were as mean as the other pixel squirrel and would chase and bite him. Exhausted, he happened upon the pound a day later and they took him in. Now, he awaits a new owner who will love and protect him forever.
