Guys. Seriously. Stop talking about things not Mimic related. This has happened SO many times it's not even funny, and I love that you guys can share your interests, but things like that REALLY need to be taken to PM's or to threads that are about that subject. If what you have to say isn't Mimic related, then please. Just...Don't say it. It's spam guys. This is a Mimic Thread, the FanClub is a Mimic FanClub. It is not a place to discuss your favorite flavor of noodles or what stores you shopped at today.

Personality: A tricky little devil, Lox loves to pull tricks on other beasts and generally cause mayhem. For this reason, he was kicked out the band of mountain-indigenous Mimics he was in, and Lox, to this day, faithfully wanders around the world aimlessly. He actually has a caring side, but doesn't like to show it often. He likes to joke around, and is only serious when gravely needed, like for example, when someone he's close to dies. Lox is very smart, crafty, cunning, and speaks his mind all the time. He doesn't like to fight, but when he does, he's calm and tricky, outwitting whoever he's fighting, yet he doesn't cheat.
Why Do You Want It: He is one of the handsomest Mimics I have ever seen. The combination of the red and white make him unusual, yet elegant with the white bone-like markings and the white line down his face from his eyes. I have never been able to aquire a Mimic, to my deep regret, and now I actually have a fighting chance to reign in a Mimic of my own, hopefully, at the least. <3

Personality:
Jason is very very shy. He likes to stay indoors more than anything. Due to his albinism, he is also very self-conscious. If someone he doesn't know even looks at him, he feels like he's going to die inside. Did I mention he's very dramatic? He's very interested in acting, but his shyness makes that career path rather impossible.
Jason is also very intelligent and clever. He can trick almost anyone out of almost anything and can calculate take off angles and other things necessary for him to fly. Although, he had no formal schooling, so it's rather odd for him to be so smart. His cleverness is rarely ever shown, since he is so shy and doesn't talk a whole lot. But when he does, you can tell he's very smart in a none nerdy way.
Also, Jason's people skills are not good at all. Since he grew up without a mother, he does not know how to act around other animals, people, or mimics. He is a recluse and prefers to stay indoors than outside. Although he does hunt and fly, but only at night since he's nocturnal. His stealth and agility are also very developed, since he's had to do a lot of running due to his colors, or lack of color for that matter.
Why Do You Want It:
I hate to sound jealous, but ever since you got Jason, Metal, I've always wanted him. I love his color, eyes, bob-tailedly-ness and I think I could do a lot with him, character wise. I think Jason's name is also very cute and suits him perfectly. I think my other mimics would also love to have Jason around as a friend and playmate. I'm also rather fascinated with albinism and I'd really love an albino character. So basically, to sum it up, I've been in love with Jason for a very long time and I'd love to have him as a character and I would be honored to win him. I would also be super excited to get my first bob-tailed mimic - but that's a very minor reason I love Jason. Just thought I'd throw it in there.

Well, with out further ado, I give you "The Life of Jason: A video of a video format"

A quick summary if you missed or didn't understand/couldn't see some of the movie.

Year 1
Jason lives in a thunderstorm and lightning storm area, although he doesn't know it. When his mother goes out to find food, a huge storm strikes the area - and his tree. Thrown to the ground, Jason is forced to live on his own, as he can never find his mother. Cold, hungry, and confused, Jason takes a look at his surroundings. He is in a dark forest with no sunlight. He also sticks out because of his color. Although young, Jason realizes he must find shelter and food soon or else he will die.
Year 2
Now on his own, Jason has learned a few things about himself, his breed of animal, and life. The first thing he learns is that he has wings! He teaches himself to fly and is now able to see every bit of life around him. The second thing he learns is how to properly hunt. His motto is "Never try to eat anything bigger than you - or bright colored. Chances are either one will kill you." The next lesson he learns is about love. Searching the forest on one of his days hunting, he find another animal who looks similar to him. Shocked, confused, and shy, Jason begins to back away, but the animal explains herself. Although it is not shown, the other mimic's name is Rosey. She is white as well, but has light blue eyes and is blind in one eye. Her and Jason become inseparable, watching each other's back whenever necessary.
Year 3
Taking a break from the rustle and bustle of playing with Rosey, exploring, and hunting, Jason takes a break in a tree and watches life around him. Looking very much like a cat, a woman spots him up in the tree, screams and calls the fire department. A firetruck rushes to Jason's "rescue" and a man with a ladder climbs up and grabs Jason. Jason did not fly away because he thought that would have looked suspicious. The fireman hands Jason to the woman and she take him home with her.
Year 4
Although Jason misses life with Rosey and his freedom of flying and roaming, he quickly learns that the quiet life isn't so bad after all. He enjoys life in front of the fireplace and dreams about Rosey, the forest, his mother, and flying for the rest of his days.

Personality:
Lox can be summed up in one word - suave. He's a very charming, coy male, who loves nothing more then a good word play. He has a massive vocabulary and isn't afraid to use it when he deems it necessary - which he does quite often. He has a slightly playful side that comes out at the worst of times, and that paired with his knack for round-about insults tends to get him in quite a nasty bit of trouble. At times he can be a bit of a prankster, but his pranks are usually small and light-hearted, and he doesn't do them very often. When it comes to new people he can be a bit guarded, but if the person proves themself to be an intellectual equal he'll warm up to them fairly fast.

Lox has no patience for idiots. Period.

Why Do You Want It:
Mainly due to my massive obsession with Halloween :3 I love all thinks creepy, spooky, and skeletony(shut up that is so a word >3<). I desperately wanted a chitten from the TiakarixJason when they were originally released, but I was on 3-day probation so was forced to sit on my hands and sulk. I remember seeing this little guy when he was still under the blanket, and he was definitely my favorite of the litter. So the chance to try and obtain him is just so good of a chance to pass up

The first day I met Lox was....an interesting experience, if nothing else. That morning I had elected to bring Jay with me for a nice morning walk down to the nearest ice cream parlour - not for any paticular reason; though I admit my choice may have been stirred from the fact that Harlequin was inviting Kitara over, and I wasn't really up for the chaos that would occur when Jay attempted to 'pull a move' on Harlequin's lady.

So thus I had dragged Jay from the house ten or so moments before Kitara's arrival time under the pretense of wanting to treat him to some good old fashioned frozen dairy. Jay had no protest's, certainly, and followed me quite willingly into the crowded streets.

Jay was the first to spot him; Lox was, at the time, sitting beneath a tree and staring up into it's branches with the most peculier expression on his face. I sensed trouble almost the moment I saw Jay's grin spread across his face, but I was far to late to stop him.

"Oi, bones! That's not a TV!"

As Jay had long since mastered the art of Mimicing humans(he had spent many, many hours in front of the TV) I understood his phrasing just fine. And it made me wince - of course, as most Mimic's did not have as well of a grasp at English as Jay did, I somehow doubted the red Mimic could understand what the bluejay had said.

For the longest time, the other mimic did not react; and for a moment I hoped he hadn't heard Jay at all. Then his tail gave a curious little twitch and he very slightly tilted his head, as if musing whether or not an answer was worth the effort. Then he turned his head completely to fix his bright red eyes on the two of us.

"Very good, class - you've managed to recognize the obvious. Gold star."

Jay was physiablly struck dumb. I was torn between being taken aback that this stranger had just as good a grasp of english as Jay, or giggling at the bewildered expression on my pet's face. It was a rare treat indeed when a stranger rose to the occassion and forcibly stuck Jay's foot in his beak. Luckily I managed to compose myself - sparing my Mimic another blow to his pride - and instead chose to pretend I couldn't hear the exchange at all.

"Come on Jay," I directed towards him with dignity, "We really should get to the Parlour before it gets to crowded-"

But Jay would have none of it - oh no. An assault had just been charged against his pride, and he would not be happy until this horrendous crime was punished appropriatly.

"Hey, I'm not the one staring at an overgrown bush like it's some kind of Masiah!" I winced at Jay's words - low blow, Jay, low blow indeed. I dutifully gave him a firm kick in the rear - ignoring his squawk of indignation - and decided it was time to step in before my moron of a Mimic got his eyes clawed out.

"Kind sir, please ignore my pet; he's an idiot," I excused delicately; those red eyes re-directed themselves from the fuming bluejay Mimic to instead focus on me, blinking in an almost curious fashion. "Jay was merely curious as to what about that tree held your attention." I went on to add; at that, he grinned.

"Oh, nothing at all. I was merely curious to see what sort of responces I would recieve from staring at it." He declared, then rose to his paws and strutted off with a sort of prideful arrogance that left a bemused smile on my face.

Needless to say, I had to buy Jay a lot of ice cream to ease the stings to his pride.

Several days later, I recieved the call from Metallic Dragon announcing her intentions to place her Mimics back up for adoption. She requested my aid on the manner, and naturally I accepted - and once more I opted to bring Jay with me, as the poor fellow was still hurting over the meeting with the red Mimic and could use some cheering up.

But when Metal welcomed me into her home, and my eyes landed on that all to familiar bone-patterned male, I stopped dead.

He stared. I stared.

Jay made the most peculier sound that almost resembled a dieing duck.

"Ah, 'Moru - this is Lox! He's one of the Mimic's that will be put up for adoption," Metal declared with a slightly wishful tone.

I grinned.

And after listening to Jay choke on his own rage for several moments...

Lox grinned back.

Oh my gosh, I just love the personality you gave him! And the way you wrote the story as well! So cheeky, so so cheeky
