I'm pretty sure that you can have a pup up to rare with minimal special line edits? You'd probably have to ask Frosty for extra confirmation but from my experiemce I believe that that's how it works.

Any idea when breding will reopen?

This post and the one I responded to before need to be posted in the Fanclub, or on the question thread. It clutters the thread if everyone asks things and gets confirmation here.

In regards to your question though, breeding is unlikely to open and is mostly closed because everyone specifically asks Frosty to do their breedings. You can still post a form but know that there might not be an artist that feels up to doing it.
